The Role We are looking for a Senior Partner Deployed Engineer to join the Customer Solutions team, focused on building Coder’s partner ecosystem across EMEA. This is a new function at Coder, modeled on the Forward Deployed Engineer role pioneered by companies like Palantir and now the fastest-growing technical role at frontier AI companies. The difference: instead of embedding with a single customer to deploy a platform, you embed with strategic partners to help them understand, position, and deliver Coder’s platform across their entire customer base. You are part Field CTO, part Industry Strategist, part Technical Specialist, and part Partner Relations Lead. You will be the technical authority within our EMEA partner ecosystem: setting the vision for how Coder fits into each partner’s AI, cloud, and modernization offerings, co-creating the GTM sales plays that partner sellers take to market, building the demonstrations and workshops that generate pipeline, and producing the Partner Relations content that establishes Coder’s technical brand in the ecosystem. This is not a support role. You are equally comfortable holding a strategic roadmap conversation with a partner CTO and debugging a Kubernetes deployment in a partner’s lab in the same afternoon. You are energized by the challenge of building a new category through partnerships, motivated by the multiplied impact of enabling an entire ecosystem rather than a single customer, and capable of operating with full autonomy in

About the job Build the hardware that turns new AI processors into working systems. As a Hardware Development Engineer, you will design circuit solutions for Graphcore processor systems and validation platforms. You will turn system requirements into schematics, layout constraints, and testable hardware. Your work will shape production systems and test boards used across development, validation, and customer enablement. You will help prove performance, margin, and reliability before designs move into volume production. Alongside silicon, architecture, software and PCB CAD specialists, you will make design decisions grounded in evidence. You will define validation plans, run lab campaigns, debug prototypes, and interpret results with firmware and architecture teams. This role suits someone who likes owning problems from first schematic to mass production readiness. Few roles connect board design, bring-up, validation, and production so directly. The team and culture Hardware Engineering builds production systems and test hardware around Graphcore processors. The team works close to silicon, architecture, firmware, software, and PCB CAD from the first requirement onwards. Engineers own designs through definition, schematic capture, layout support, bring-up, validation, and production transfer. Work moves quickly because problems are handled close to the lab, not passed between silos. The team makes decisions through evidence: measurements, design reviews, margin data, and open

About the job Build the test systems that prove advanced AI hardware is ready before it reaches production. As a Test Development Engineer, you will create and maintain test systems for Graphcore’s electronic hardware platforms. Your work will support preproduction test solutions across system and board-level products. You will define test methods, specify equipment and automate systems for complex hardware. This includes high-speed serial links, high-current power supplies, slower protocols and low-level PCBA debug. This role sits close to real engineering problems. You will build deep product knowledge, improve test coverage and help transfer robust solutions into production. The team and culture You will join the Hardware Test team, embedded within Graphcore’s wider Hardware Engineering group. The team works closely with SI, mechanical, layout, package, silicon, firmware and production teams. Work moves through practical test design, lab debug, automation and clear data. You will be trusted to take ownership and develop solutions that meet real hardware needs. The team values proactive communication across Graphcore and third-party support teams. Decisions are shaped by evidence, standards knowledge and the quality of the test data. What we’re looking for · Experience developing and automating test systems for complex electronic systems · Knowledge of Ethernet and/or PCIe testing, including high-speed hardware debug · Fluency in test scripting languages, including Python a
