Asana is building the platform for human and agent collaboration in the enterprise. With the launch of Agentic Work Management (AWM), AI is now a foundational part of the platform, and this shift brings a new class of problems. Customers need to trust agentic work, govern it, and see a return on it before they will scale it. This role sits in our AI Platform Group on a small, fast-moving team with a deliberately broad mandate: work across the boundaries other product teams operate within, identify the cross-cutting problems and opportunities that no single team owns, and build leveraged solutions that create scalable, differentiated value for our customers. This role is based in our New York City office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. If you're interviewing for this role, your recruiter will share more about the in-office requirements. What you’ll achieve Work directly with enterprise customers and prospects to discover the challenges they face when managing agentic work in Asana, and bring back what you learn to inform your roadmap.
