About the Team Tax and Trade at OpenAI shapes business strategy by embedding critical tax, export control, customs, and cross-border considerations into how the company builds, sources, scales, and operates in support of the mission. We combine deep expertise with practical systems thinking to look around corners, identify emerging risks and opportunities early, and help teams make smarter decisions at the point where strategy becomes execution. Across procurement, hardware operations, manufacturing, logistics, finance, legal, supplier onboarding, and operator workflows, we build robust, scalable support services leveraging cutting-edge technology—including governed AI and automation—to make complex regulated work more durable, more efficient, and easier to scale. About the Role We’re hiring a Senior Manager, Export Controls to lead OpenAI’s export controls strategy and operating model. This is a senior role with broad scope across advanced computing, semiconductors, software, hardware, manufacturing, and high technology partnerships. You will refine how OpenAI classifies controlled technology, software, and hardware, structures access-controlled environments, manages licensing and supplier commitments, and scales export-control operations in a way that supports the company’s pace of innovation. You will also shape how OpenAI applies AI and agentic workflows to policy-heavy operational work, building systems that make complex rules easier to navigate and easier to execute. In this role, you will: Refine the strategy and operating model for OpenAI’s export controls program across advanced computing, semiconductors, software, hardware, manufacturing, and high technology partnerships. Own export classification and licensing strategy for controlled technical data, software, hardware, and research environments. Lead the design and operation of compliant controlled environments and related governance processes. Partner with Research and Infrastructure to support efficient
At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done. About the AI Products team The AI Products team is part of the broader Marketplace & Collaboration organization and is focused on bringing AI products on top of Snowflake’s data and application platform to help customers discover, share, monetize, and act on data assets & applications more easily. This team is building the connective tissue of the agentic enterprise: the infrastructure and product surfaces that allow Snowflake customers to seamlessly share datasets, semantic views, and applications, and make them discoverable and executable through Cortex Code, CoWork, and other agentic harnesses. Our strategy is centered on evolving Snowflake Marketplace for the AI era, including packaging data and intelligence into ready-to-use agentic experiences, and enabling governed access patterns that let AI systems safely operate on enterprise data and applications. As a Staff Software Engineer on AI Products, you will Lead the design and delivery of large, complex initiatives spanning multiple teams, turning ambiguous product and platform opportunities into durable technical solutions. Shape the architecture for how datasets, applications, semantic assets, and agentic capabilities are shared, discovered, governed, and invoked across Snowflake surfaces and third-party agent

About Dynamic Tables Dynamic Tables (DTs) are Snowflake's declarative streaming transformation primitive. Customers define a SQL query and a freshness target; Snowflake handles the rest: orchestrating refreshes, maintaining snapshot consistency across a DAG of dependencies, and automatically incrementalizing the computation so that cost scales with what changed. Dynamic Tables is one of the fastest growing products at Snowflake and is a core part of Snowflake’s Data Engineering strategy. The Dynamic Tables performance team is responsible for making incremental refresh fast, predictable, and cost-efficient across increasingly complex query shapes. As a Staff Engineer on this team, you will own the technical direction for critical performance initiatives and be a force multiplier for the engineers around you. What You'll Do Lead the design and implementation of performance improvements to the incremental view maintenance engine, including multi-join incrementalization, novel incrementalization semantics, incremental window functions, and stacked operations. Help define the roadmap for the incremental view maintenance engine, identifying key performance, scalability, and correctness milestones, prioritizing high-impact enhancements, and aligning technical investments with prod

NVIDIA's accelerated computing platforms move data at speeds that push the limits of what silicon and physics allow. Whether a high-speed interface trains reliably, maintains accurate margins, and survives every platform topology it will ever see is a question we answer ourselves. This role does that work. The Silicon Co-Design Group leads the boundary between what was designed and what was built. When a GPU, CPU, or SoC ships with interfaces that work at scale, this team is the reason. Most engineers debug within a layer. You will own the full stack. When an interface fails to train, the link margin is unexpectedly tight, or a customer reports a critical silicon issue, you trace the problem through protocol behavior, signal integrity, firmware, platform topology, and silicon marginalities. You then confirm that the fix works. Your methodology shapes how NVIDIA validates high-speed interfaces across generations. Your decisions affect yield, production ramp, and field quality. This is not a coordination role. The engineers who do it well hold protocol depth and system breadth simultaneously, never lose the thread across hardware, firmware, and software, and have the judgment to know when to go deeper and when to act. They are rare. Should that describe you, read on. What you'll be doing: Own post-silicon bring-up, characterization, validation, and debug of PCIe, NVLink, C2C, and other HSIO interfaces across NVIDIA GPUs, CPUs, and SoCs from first power-on through production readiness. Close the hardest failures. Drive root cause across protocol behavior, signal integrity, firmware and driver interactions, platform topology, and silicon marginalities and own every fix through to confirmation. Define validation strategy. Set test coverage, debug priorities, margining methodology, and stress criteria f
