Location: Europe remote or London hybrid About the role: As our engineering and research organisation grows, so does the complexity of securing it. Our Application Security team is at the forefront of that challenge — building AI-native security tooling, embedding security into the development lifecycle at scale, and finding ways to make a small, highly capable team punch well above its weight. We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead and grow the AppSec team. This is not a coordination role. You'll be leading a team of exceptionally senior and staff-level engineers who are deeply self-directed and technically excellent. To earn their trust and enable their best work, you'll need to be genuinely close to the craft — able to engage at depth on threat modelling, agentic security tooling, SDLC design, and application risk. You'll also own AppSec strategy and be accountable for how the function scales alongside a product organisation that is growing fast and leaning heavily into AI-assisted development. Important note: Anyone working as a manager within the Infosec team will need to follow the Infosec Team Management Tenets . About the role Synthesia's long-term vision is to build the best human-interactive models: systems that don't just talk to people, but perceive and respond to them, reacting to a user's actions and emotions, not only their words. Today over 60,000 businesses rely on our platform, and the next leap in what we can offer them depends on models that combine text, audio, and video into a single real-time interactive experience. As a Staff Research Engineer, you'll join the Voice team within our 40+ person R&D department, but your scope will extend well beyond voice. Concretely, you'll work on voice to voice models that produce text and voice simultaneously. Models that can reason, interrupt the user with back channeling and talk. Models that feel like you are having a natural conversation with, without the feeling of turn taking that is dominant in current speech to speech models. Your role would be

The Role We are looking for a Senior Partner Deployed Engineer to join the Customer Solutions team, focused on building Coder’s partner ecosystem across EMEA. This is a new function at Coder, modeled on the Forward Deployed Engineer role pioneered by companies like Palantir and now the fastest-growing technical role at frontier AI companies. The difference: instead of embedding with a single customer to deploy a platform, you embed with strategic partners to help them understand, position, and deliver Coder’s platform across their entire customer base. You are part Field CTO, part Industry Strategist, part Technical Specialist, and part Partner Relations Lead. You will be the technical authority within our EMEA partner ecosystem: setting the vision for how Coder fits into each partner’s AI, cloud, and modernization offerings, co-creating the GTM sales plays that partner sellers take to market, building the demonstrations and workshops that generate pipeline, and producing the Partner Relations content that establishes Coder’s technical brand in the ecosystem. This is not a support role. You are equally comfortable holding a strategic roadmap conversation with a partner CTO and debugging a Kubernetes deployment in a partner’s lab in the same afternoon. You are energized by the challenge of building a new category through partnerships, motivated by the multiplied impact of enabling an entire ecosystem rather than a single customer, and capable of operating with full autonomy in a fast-moving startup environment. What You’ll Do Serve as the strategic technical thought partner to EMEA partner leadership, including practice leads, CTOs, and solutions architects at global systems integrators, regional cloud consultancies, and hyperscaler field teams. Own the technical relationship and set the vision for how Coder fits into each partner’s AI and modernization portfolio. Co-create sales plays tailored to each partner’s customer base, vertical focus, and services capabilitie

Senior Product Engineer At Amplitude, we’re building the operating system for digital products. While we’re known as the leader in product analytics, our Statsig team is redefining how companies learn, iterate, and ship better experiences. Statsig is one of the fastest-growing and most strategic bets at Amplitude. It sits at the intersection of product, data, and decision-making, and we’re looking for a Product Engineer to help take it to the next level. Why this role matters This isn’t a “take tickets and ship code” role. You’ll operate as an owner, shaping both the product and the technical direction of a system used by some of the most sophisticated product teams in the world. You’ll work across the stack, React frontend, Node.js and Python backend, to build intuitive, high-performance experiences that make experimentation accessible, powerful, and trustworthy. What you’ll do Own critical product surfaces end-to-end from ideation to production and beyond Drive product direction in partnership with design and product leaders Build and evolve systems across React, Node.js, and Python that scale with customer growth Leverage modern AI tooling to dramatically accelerate development, prototyping, and iteration cycles Raise the bar for engineering quality - code, architecture, and user experience Lead by example - through hands-on development, technical mentorship, and thoughtful decision-making Move fast on ambiguous problems, turning ideas into shipped, customer-facing value What we’re looking for 3+ years of experience in software engineering Education: B.S. in Computer Science or an equivalent technical field Proven experience operating at a senior-level scope. You’ve led large, ambiguous initiatives with significant business impact Strong full-stack expertise (React + backend systems such as Node.js and/or Python) A deep sense of ownership - you don’t wait for direction; you create it Exceptional product taste - you care deeply about UX, details, and building thin
About The Role & Team Amplitude is only as useful as the data inside it. The Data Connections team owns how that data gets in and out — importing behavioral and customer data from cloud data warehouses like Snowflake, Databricks, and BigQuery, from cloud object storage like S3 and Azure Blob Storage, and pushing enriched event data back out to warehouses, object storage, streaming destinations, and downstream advertising and marketing platforms. That means batch and streaming pipelines moving billions of events a day, connections that have to keep working across dozens of customer-controlled systems, credentials and configuration that have to stay correct and secure, and latency and reliability targets that customers build their own pipelines on top of. Recent work includes launching new warehouse export destinations, migrating our import pipelines onto a durable workflow engine, building low-latency streaming export, and supporting cross-region and cross-cloud customer storage. You'll lead a team of around 10 engineers building this, reporting to our Head of Data Platform, and you'll be the person accountable for the roadmap, the reliability, and the growth of the people on it. The stack is Java, Temporal, Kafka, Kubernetes, Terraform, DynamoDB, S3, and Snowflake, running on AWS and GCP. Responsibilities Set the direction and roadmap for data import and export, with clear priorities and tradeoffs you can explain to engineers, PMs, and customers Lead, coach, and grow a team of around 10 engineers — hiring, career development, feedback, and performance Partner with your tech leads on architecture across ingestion, transformation, and delivery, without becoming the bottleneck for every decision Own reliability, SLOs, and cost efficiency for pipelines customers depend on daily Expand the set of destinations and sources we support, and make each new integration cheaper to build than the last Work directly with Product, Design, and other Data Platform teams to ship e
At Vanta, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it. You'll lead Vanta's EMEA Solutions Engineering team across the Growth and Commercial segments, developing a strong group of eight SEs while evolving our technical sales motion and helping drive growth in one of Vanta's highest-priority regions. Solutions Engineering at Vanta sits at the intersection of product, technical, and sales. The SE team works alongside Account Executives to drive technical wins, lead discovery, and make the fit between customer needs and Vanta's capabilities real, converting qualified opportunities into closed revenue. In EMEA, that means operating across a wide and diverse market: from established financial and technology hubs across Western Europe to emerging opportunities across the Middle East, Israel, and Southern Europe, each with different regulatory contexts, GRC maturity levels, and buying behaviours. The team needs to show up credibly across all of them. This manager leads the Growth and Commercial SE team, a group of eight SEs spanning a fast-moving, high-priority region. The SE motion is actively evolving from a repeatable demo approach toward a more consultative, value-based model in the right deals, while preserving speed and volume where that remains the right answer. The job is to develop the team and the motion together. What you’ll do as a Manager, Solutions Engineering at Vanta: Lead and develop the SE team: manage eight SEs across the Growth and Commercial segments, build on the existing operating rhythm, and establish a coaching cadence that elevates individual performance and team craft Drive the evolution of the SE motion: work with your team and EMEA sales leadership to shift fro
