About The Role & Team Amplitude is only as useful as the data inside it. The Data Connections team owns how that data gets in and out — importing behavioral and customer data from cloud data warehouses like Snowflake, Databricks, and BigQuery, from cloud object storage like S3 and Azure Blob Storage, and pushing enriched event data back out to warehouses, object storage, streaming destinations, and downstream advertising and marketing platforms. That means batch and streaming pipelines moving billions of events a day, connections that have to keep working across dozens of customer-controlled systems, credentials and configuration that have to stay correct and secure, and latency and reliability targets that customers build their own pipelines on top of. Recent work includes launching new warehouse export destinations, migrating our import pipelines onto a durable workflow engine, building low-latency streaming export, and supporting cross-region and cross-cloud customer storage. You'll lead a team of around 10 engineers building this, reporting to our Head of Data Platform, and you'll be the person accountable for the roadmap, the reliability, and the growth of the people on it. The stack is Java, Temporal, Kafka, Kubernetes, Terraform, DynamoDB, S3, and Snowflake, running on AWS and GCP. Responsibilities Set the direction and roadmap for data import and export, with clear priorities and tradeoffs you can explain to engineers, PMs, and customers Lead, coach, and grow a team of around 10 engineers — hiring, career development, feedback, and performance Partner with your tech leads on architecture across ingestion, transformation, and delivery, without becoming the bottleneck for every decision Own reliability, SLOs, and cost efficiency for pipelines customers depend on daily Expand the set of destinations and sources we support, and make each new integration cheaper to build than the last Work directly with Product, Design, and other Data Platform teams to ship e
Senior Product Engineer At Amplitude, we’re building the operating system for digital products. While we’re known as the leader in product analytics, our Statsig team is redefining how companies learn, iterate, and ship better experiences. Statsig is one of the fastest-growing and most strategic bets at Amplitude. It sits at the intersection of product, data, and decision-making, and we’re looking for a Product Engineer to help take it to the next level. Why this role matters This isn’t a “take tickets and ship code” role. You’ll operate as an owner, shaping both the product and the technical direction of a system used by some of the most sophisticated product teams in the world. You’ll work across the stack, React frontend, Node.js and Python backend, to build intuitive, high-performance experiences that make experimentation accessible, powerful, and trustworthy. What you’ll do Own critical product surfaces end-to-end from ideation to production and beyond Drive product direction in partnership with design and product leaders Build and evolve systems across React, Node.js, and Python that scale with customer growth Leverage modern AI tooling to dramatically accelerate development, prototyping, and iteration cycles Raise the bar for engineering quality - code, architecture, and user experience Lead by example - through hands-on development, technical mentorship, and thoughtful decision-making Move fast on ambiguous problems, turning ideas into shipped, customer-facing value What we’re looking for 3+ years of experience in software engineering Education: B.S. in Computer Science or an equivalent technical field Proven experience operating at a senior-level scope. You’ve led large, ambiguous initiatives with significant business impact Strong full-stack expertise (React + backend systems such as Node.js and/or Python) A deep sense of ownership - you don’t wait for direction; you create it Exceptional product taste - you care deeply about UX, details, and building thin
At Vanta, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it. As a Senior GTM Strategy & Operations Manager at Vanta, you'll combine hands-on operational ownership with strategic problem solving to help shape the future of our Partner business. The GTM Strategy & Operations team partners with Sales and Channel leadership to design the processes, systems, governance, and insights that enable predictable, scalable revenue growth. We're building the operational infrastructure that helps our go-to-market teams move faster today while positioning the business to scale tomorrow. In this role, you'll start by owning key day-to-day Channel Operations to develop a deep understanding of the business. From there, you'll partner closely with Channel leadership and GTM Operations to identify opportunities, lead cross-functional initiatives, and build scalable solutions that improve the partner experience, simplify how we operate, and support Vanta's long-term growth. What you’ll do as a Senior GTM Strategy & Operations Manager at Vanta: Become the operational backbone for Vanta's Partner business by owning core day-to-day Channel Operations while developing a deep understanding of our GTM motion, systems, and partner ecosystem. At Vanta, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it. Vanta's Corporate Engineering team is the infrastructure layer that keeps 1,500+ people connected, secure, and moving fast. AI is now central to how that happens, and this role leads the team that owns the backbone underneath it. Corporate Engineering owns the shared AI platform for Vanta's internal systems: identity and access for AI tools, cost visibility and controls, sanctioned tooling and guardrails, and the enablement that helps people use those tools well. We do not own product AI, which stays with Engineering, and we do not replace the AI work happening inside individual departments. We build the engineering layer that makes all of it safer, cheaper, and better supported. The company has moved fast. AI assistant use is widespread across every function, MCP infrastructure is live and self-serve company-wide, internal apps ship on a hosted platform, and AI spend has grown to the point where attribution and guardrails genuinely matter. What does not exist yet is a single owner for that platform layer. That is this role. As Sr. Manager, AI Engineering, you will lead a small, senior team, write the charter for what Corporate Engineering owns versus enables, and build the platform that lets the rest of Vanta adopt AI quickly without accumulating cost, risk, or duplication. What you’ll do as a Senior Manager, AI Corporate Engineering at Vanta: Lead, coach, and grow a senior team spanning platform engineering and technical program management. Set clear direction, hold a high bar, and give the team explicit permission to push back with data. Own the AI access layer end to end: identity and authentication for AI tools, connector
