Role Overview We’re looking for a GM/ AVP to drive growth for Lending vertical at Paytm. This role is deeply analytical and focused on reading user and marketing funnels at an atomic level, forming strong hypotheses, and designing experiments to unlock scalable growth. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across Product, Business, Risk, Marketing and growth teams across paytm. Key Responsibilities ● Own end-to-end growth analysis across the unsecured lending, from impressions and clicks to activation, usage, and credit consumption ● Analyze marketing and acquisition funnels at an atomic level using event, clickstream, and impression data to identify gaps and inefficiencies ● Use tools like CleverTap, SQL, Looker and Superset to track funnel movement, drop-offs, and cohort behavior ● Form clear, data-backed hypotheses and design experiments to validate growth opportunities ● Work with campaign managers in the team to execute experiments, relevant campaigns, review content and suggest improvements ● Lead cohort analysis to understand differential behavior across user segments ● Partner with Product teams to identify opportunities to improve user journeys and reduce funnel friction. ● Identify new opportunities for top funnel growth, both within the Paytm ecosystem and outside it. ● Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders ● Build and maintain dashboards to monitor funnel health and experiment outcomes Requirements ● 10+ years of experience in growth, analytics, or product strategy roles ● Strong analytical and problem-solv

About the Team: The Compliance department has five areas of responsibility—identification, prevention, monitoring and detection, resolution, and advisory for the entity with respect to regulations/ laws, and is part of the enterprise compliance group at Paytm. About the role: This role will focus on advising business and overseeing compliance-related matters in the company. The role entails advising in terms of the relevant regulatory expectations to the respective business units and ensuring timely monitoring and detection of compliance-related issues. Expectations/ Requirements: 1) Oversee and monitor adherence to applicable laws and regulations in the domains of digital lending, offline payments aggregators, BBPS, and UPI TPAP segments. 2) Provide informed compliance opinions to the internal stakeholders on the applicability of regulatory laws and guidelines. 3) Assess compliance and regulatory risks associated with business activities and ensure effective risk management strategies are in place. 4) Collaborate closely and creatively with cross-functional teams to guide the seamless implementation of regulatory guidelines and compliance requirements. 5) Manage audits and ensure timely, accurate responses to regulatory/ third-party inquiries and inspections. 6) Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements while influencing and collaborating with professionals across all organizational levels. Lead and mentor the compliance team to achieve organizational compliance objectives effectively. 7) Ensure effective assessment of control design and maintenance of compliance framework, training on the reg
