About Mixpanel Mixpanel is the leading product intelligence and analytics platform, trusted by more than 29,000 companies to help understand how people use the products they build. By combining powerful analytics with AI that knows your business, Mixpanel helps teams see what’s working, diagnose what’s not, and decide what to build next. Learn more at mixpanel.com . About the Team The Customer Value Architect (CVA) team sits inside Mixpanel's Revenue organization and owns the connection between what customers buy and what they actually get out of Mixpanel. You'll work alongside an Account Executive (AE), who owns growth, new business, and expansion; a Renewal Manager (RM), who owns the commercial renewal; and a Delivery Engineer (DE), who owns technical implementation and data health — each with a clear lane, converging on the same outcome for the customer. About the Role This is not a build role, but real comfort with data is required. As a Customer Value Architect, you are accountable for adoption, value realization, and account health across a portfolio of existing Mixpanel customers, from onboarding through to a renewal-ready handoff. You own the value case and the adoption evidence that underpins both the Account Executive's expansion motion and the Renewal Manager's renewal — without ever owning pricing or the commercial negotiation yourself. Responsibilities • Own the onboarding outcome and time-to-value for your accounts: take the handoff from the Account Executive, partner with the Delivery Engineer on the technical build, and drive the customer to their first realized value. • Own the success plan for each account — map business objectives to specific use cases and set a measurable baseline at definition time, so value can be proven later. • Lead customer enablement and training (dashboard design, funnel analysis, retention modeling) to grow how deeply and widely a customer uses Mixpanel. • Build and maintain a network of champions and evangelists ac

We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F , led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to to ship AI products. THE ROLE Baseten is building its own GPU infrastructure for large-scale inference. As we move into large scale, high-density NVIDIA systems, the hardest failures are intermittent, cross-layer, and difficult to prove: RoCE congestion, InfiniBand stalls, ECN/DCQCN mis-tuning, bad optics, RNIC issues, host kernel stalls, GPU driver problems, and workload symptoms that look like network problems, but are not. We are hiring a Lead Software Engineer to build a first-class observability and root-cause analysis system for GPU fabrics. This is a hard distributed systems problem, not a dashboarding problem. The system will collect high-volume signals from switches, hosts, active probes, and inference services; reduce and correlate them in real time; understand topology and service ownership; and produce actionable diagnosis while an incident is still unfolding. This role sits at the boundary between networking and inference software. RDMA data paths, GPUDirect transfers, prefill/decode disaggregation, KV cache movement, request routing, and workload backpressure can all create fabric symptoms or hide real fabric failures. The goal is to tell an operator, quickly and with evidence, whether an incident is caused by the fabric, host, NIC, GPU, RDMA path, scheduler, or serving layer — and what to do next. EXAMPLE INITIATIVES Real-time telemetry engine — Build the ingestion, reduction, storage, and query path for high-cardinality fab

This is a highly visible role on a growing team, with direct impact on how customers experience Coder. What you’ll do here Reproduce and debug customer issues using existing tools, test environments, or custom reproduction setups Solve incoming technical support requests in a timely manner, including urgent, high-severity cases Communicate clearly and tactfully with customers throughout the support lifecycle Gather context, provide diagnostic steps, share resolution guidance, and follow up after issues are resolved Identify and communicate product usage trends, bugs, and feature requests Collaborate with Enterprise Account Managers to schedule, coordinate, and lead customer debugging calls Document customer activity in accordance with internal and external security standards Guide and mentor new team members on support processes and procedures Contribute to product documentation, customer knowledge base articles, and best practice guides Improve support processes, tools, and workflows in collaboration with the broader team Participate in a periodic on-call rotation for production-down issues What we’re looking for 5+ years of customer support engineering experience, or a comparable customer-facing technical role, preferably with critical software products 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise customers 2+ years of experience diagnosing production network connectivity and performance issues Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills Clear, thoughtful communication skills, both verbal and written Experience with Terraform Experience with major
