About the Role In this role, you’ll lead and evolve the design system foundations for ChatGPT. You’ll make nuanced design judgment explicit and usable across product teams, establishing the principles, patterns, and standards that enable coherent, high-quality experiences at scale. A paramount part of this role is raising OpenAI’s craft bar. This work extends beyond maintaining a component library: you’ll define what excellent product design looks and feels like, establish clear guidance for choosing and applying interface patterns, and ensure that new ChatGPT experiences strengthen a coherent system across platforms. Working closely with research, engineering, product, and design, you’ll create a continuous learning loop between design principles, product experiences, evaluation, and evolving technology—shaping a system that becomes more capable and expressive as ChatGPT grows. Role Overview We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer with a passion for building platform features that impact UX at a massive scale. As a member of AAA, you’ll work across a breadth of problem spaces on deeply technical topics, such as governance, access, teams, identity, and multi-org UX. You’ll lead design for features that mediate how Datadog’s biggest customers use the platform and manage what their employees can see and do. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. What You'll Do AAA is a highly technical product environment, where designers strive to understand the technical workflows, constraints and opportunities within this domain. As you develop subject matter expertise, you’ll use your influence as a Senior designer to drive the roadmap and vision. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with your PM and engineering partners to understand customers’ pain points, explore solutions, and build UI that ships. Prototyping in code creates the opportunity to share high-fidelity ideas at early stages, even if the design itself is low-fidelity. Tight feedback loops let your team iterate quickly, building towards an ideal vision for the best possible experience while you ship incremental steps towards that goal. In addition to making the work, you will also share your work with stakeholders at varying levels of seniority, all the way up to executive leadership level. Your crisp context setting and clear description of your solution will help people understand your choices and sell them on your proposal. Your work will up-level the quality bar for what an admin experience can look like. While you’ll leverage Datadog’s design system where it makes sense, you won’t let it prevent broad exploration of different design patterns in the service of finding the optimal solu

At Vanta, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it. As a Senior Product Designer, Agent Experience at Vanta, you will define how AI agents help security and compliance teams accomplish meaningful work with greater clarity, control, and trust across Vanta and the surfaces where our customers already work. The Agent Experience team builds agent-led experiences that help security and compliance teams achieve outcomes with less manual effort. The team owns the agent harness, including agents, skills, tools, and memory, as well as the patterns that help customers understand, guide, review, correct, and trust agent-generated work. Our goal is to make AI-powered workflows useful, transparent, and dependable in a product where clarity and correctness matter. As a Senior Product Designer on this team, you will shape both the underlying agent experience and the customer-facing workflows built on top of it. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Research, Data, AI Quality, and customer-facing teams to turn ambiguous problems into thoughtful, scalable, and trustworthy experiences. The patterns you establish will influence product teams across Vanta. What you’ll do as a Senior Product Designer, Agent Experience at Vanta: Lead end-to-end design for projects across the agent harness, from problem framing and discovery through launch and iteration. Define how agents, skills, tools, and memory are composed, surfaced, and understood by customers. At Vanta, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it. Vanta's Design Systems team is the foundational layer that powers visual consistency, design quality, and engineering velocity across all of Vanta's product surfaces. We build and maintain Vanta's shared component library (Alpaca), design tokens, interaction patterns, and documentation, enabling product designers and engineers to ship high-quality, cohesive experiences at scale. As Vanta grows across GRC, Trust, and new product areas, and as AI and agentic experiences become a first-class part of the product, Design Systems is increasingly responsible for a harder problem than static component consistency: building a system that can flex for AI-driven, runtime-composed UI and agent chat and canvas experiences, without losing the craft and coherence that makes Alpaca trustworthy across the org. This role sits at that intersection. You'll help define how a design system stays foundational when the product itself is becoming more dynamic and model-aware. What you’ll do as a Staff Product Designer at Vanta: Lead the strategy, evolution, and execution of Alpaca, ensuring it scales with the needs of a rapidly growing, increasingly AI-driven product organization Extend the design system to support AI and agent product patterns, including agent chat and canvas experiences and components that need to adapt based on runtime or model context Partner with product designers and engineers across every product team to define, document, and ship new components, patterns, and guidelines Establish and evolve governance models, contribution frameworks, and quality standards that let every designer at Vanta build consistently, including for AI-nat

The opportunity Datadog’s Infrastructure products help engineers understand and operate the systems their applications depend on. Our customers work in complex environments like Kubernetes and serverless, where infrastructure changes constantly, information is dense, and decisions about reliability, performance, and cost are closely connected. We’re looking for a Staff Product Designer to join Modern Compute, with an initial focus on Containers Autoscaling. Autoscaling helps engineering teams make better decisions about how their applications and infrastructure use resources. Designing these experiences requires making deeply technical systems understandable, helping customers act with confidence, and fitting into the tools and workflows they already use. The team is rethinking how workload and cluster autoscaling come together as a more coherent product experience. This includes how customers get started, understand recommendations, evaluate value, and safely apply changes across their environments. The work also connects to other parts of Datadog, including observability, Cloud Cost Management, permissions, and AI-assisted workflows. As a Staff Product Designer, you will help define that direction and lead the work from early problem framing through shipped product. You will partner closely with product and engineering, bring a high level of interaction and visual craft to complex workflows, and help raise the quality of design across Modern Compute. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture, the relationships and collaboration it builds, and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to help our Datadogs find a work-life rhythm that works for them. What you’ll do Lead end-to-end product design for Modern Compute, initially focused on our Autoscaling product. Help define the product direction for an area that is still evolving, from early framing and exploration through detailed design and delivery. Design clear, trustwort
