Who We Are Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together . We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion. Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work. About the Role We’re rolling out Go support at production scale at Notion, and we need an owner who can make it durable. You’ll lead the work to turn Go into a fully supported, well-operated platform: reliable and scalable service patterns, paved paths for our tooling stack, and the guardrails that make building in Go feel fast and safe. This role matters because our next wave of AI and agent-driven products will require backend services where Node won’t always be the right fit, and the platform decisions we make now will compound for years. While Go is the core focus, this role sits within Developer Experience and will regularly tackle other high-leverage engineering productivity challenges, developer experience ranging from AI-assisted development workflows and remote agent environments to CI performance, deployments, and reliability tooling. This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.

About the Role & Team We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the Delivery and SDK team within Statsig at Amplitude. This team builds the systems that connect developers to Statsig and safely deliver product experiences to end users around the world. The team owns two foundational areas: Delivery: The globally distributed systems that evaluate Experiments and Feature Gates and deliver the resulting experiences to end users. These systems sit directly in the critical path of our customers’ applications, making availability, scale, correctness, and latency essential. SDKs: More than 30 SDKs spanning web, mobile, server, edge, TV, gaming, and emerging platforms. Our goal is to meet developers wherever they build and give them an ergonomic, reliable way to integrate Statsig into any application or technology stack. Amplitude's Cloud Platform team builds the systems that every Amplitude engineer relies on every day to ship code — and we're rebuilding them for the AI era. As a Staff Platform Engineer, you'll set technical direction for the platform across teams, lead our highest-complexity and highest-leverage initiatives, and shape a platform where AI agents are first-class users alongside humans: kicking off deploys, opening pull requests against infrastructure, and triaging incidents, so a single engineer can get the throughput of a team. You'll operate across team boundaries — partnering with product engineering, fellow Staff+ engineers, and engineering leadership to make Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure effortless across the entire engineering org. You'll build the self-service automation, shared standards, and scalable AWS and GCP infrastructure that let dozens of product teams ship faster, safer, and with less cognitive load — and you'll multiply the engineers around you while you do it. Key Responsibilities Set technical direction — shape platform and domain-level technical strategy that improves developer experience, reliability, security, and cost, and lead the high-complexity, cross-cutting initiatives that deliver it with measurable impact for the organization. Drive clarity through ambiguity. Take on the most loosely-defined problems, validate the critical assumptions early, and create alignment with stakeholders across teams so others can move quickly and confidently — driving cross-team decisions to a timely close and escalating when needed. Build the AI-augmented platform. Design org-wide tooling, guardrails, and policy-as-code that help every engineer get more out of AI-assisted development — infra primitives an LLM can safely reason about and PR against, automated review, and standards that hold as AI changes how code gets written. Own Infrastructure-as-Code standards for Kubernetes, AWS, and GCP using Terraform, Helm, Kustomize, and emerging tooling — setti
About The Role & Team Amplitude is the leading AI analytics platform, and our ability to deliver measurable customer outcomes quickly is a key part of how we keep that lead. The Customer FDE (Forward Deployed Engineering) team sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer success — owning the technical delivery that takes validated products from co-development and implements them across enterprise customers. As a Customer Forward Deployed Engineer, you will own end-to-end technical delivery for enterprise customer implementations, from sales engagement through post-deployment validation. You'll work directly in Amplitude's product codebase, submitting PRs, shipping customer-specific solutions, and building reusable patterns that make every successive engagement faster. This is not a traditional support or solutions role. Customer FDEs are engineers first who partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to turn customer needs into working software. The right person thrives in ambiguity, learns new domains quickly, and cares as much about the customer's outcome as about technical elegance. As a Customer Forward Deployed Engineer, you will: Own enterprise implementations end-to-end — engage during sales to map customer needs to capabilities, scope implementation plans, and deliver through post-deployment validation with measurable customer outcomes Work directly in the product codebase — submit PRs, test, and ship customer-specific solutions without requiring constant oversight; over time, the gap between "what we built" and "what the customer needs" keeps shrinking because you're the one closing it Ship early, ship often, and gather feedback — treat every customer interaction as an opportunity to validate your approach and course-correct quickly Build reusable patterns and playbooks — when you solve something once, make sure the next person doesn't have to solve it again; identify and document implementation patterns that
Amplitude is moving fast, from product analytics to an AI-native platform with agents embedded across the product, used by over 4,700 companies. We are looking for a strong design leader with a builder mindset to lead a 15-person design team through the next phase of growth. This is a player-coach role . You manage and grow the team. You also stay in the actual work: elevating quality through feedback, pairing with designers on the hardest UX puzzles, and asking the right questions to unlock the crux of the problem. You'll know every product surface well enough to raise its quality — even if you don't own any single one end-to-end. Designers are embedded in autonomous pods and need to keep shipping fast. Maintaining speed without compromising on coherence and quality is the job. If that tension sounds like an exciting problem to solve rather than a contradiction to complain about, keep reading. What you'll do Build the team. Hire, grow, and retain a high-performing design team, identifying people who will thrive and raise the bar at Amplitude. Develop them through direct, specific feedback. Help someone who's stuck get moving again. Set direction. Drive the design strategy for Amplitude's product suite: Core Amplitude, Statsig, and Wave (a proactive agent that helps teams build self-improving products). Help define how agents and humans work together in the same workflows. Champion craft. Strong visual design builds trust, clarity, and delight in the era of AI. Lead by example, elevating the quality of the product through exceptional design execution. Hold a high bar. AI makes it cheap to ship UI changes, which makes it easy for quality to erode quietly. Set a clear standard for what good looks like and enforce it without becoming an approval bottleneck. Stay in production. You believe that “the design” is what ships. Code is the material that brings the design to life. Push on the details, the papercuts, the edge cases. Speak for the customer. Show up in leadership

About the role At Mixpanel, we believe design excellence is a competitive moat. In a world where AI makes it easier than ever to ship, we believe the quality of the experience — how it feels, how it builds trust, how it handles complexity with grace — that separates good products from great ones. As a Staff Design Engineer at Mixpanel, you'll sit within the design organization and lead the transformation of our design system from a component library into something far more important: the infrastructure that powers how we design, build, and ship in an AI-native world. You'll encode our craft, standards, and vision directly into the systems, tools, and workflows that every designer, engineer, and AI agent in our org builds on. This isn't a maintenance or systems stewardship role. It's a transformative one. You'll be the designer who ships production code. The engineer who holds an uncompromising craft bar. The person who sees the future of how Mixpanel will look and behave in an AI-native world, and builds the infrastructure to make it real. What you'll do Build the infrastructure for an AI-native design practice Translate Mixpanel's design standards, principles, and taste into systems that live in the code. Build a token system, component library, documentation, and guidelines that AI agents, AI coding tools, and AI prototyping workflows can reliably build on. Evolve ou
