Who we are At Fluxon, we believe that how you build matters as much as what you build. We help businesses navigate their most important technology decisions with confidence, and take responsibility for seeing them through. Founded by ex-Googlers and startup veterans, we’re proud to partner with teams behind some of the most ambitious products, including Open AI, Anthropic, Stripe, Walmart and Google. Our work spans strategy, design, and engineering — often in complex, AI-driven environments — where clarity, speed and quality are the standard. We use AI intentionally, applying it only where it adds real value and expands what’s possible. Care shapes everything we do. Inside Fluxon, you’ll find a global, remote-first team of experienced builders, who are curious, kind and serious about their craft. We’re building a place where people can take ownership, solve problems that matter and do work they’re proud to stand behind. If you want to do your best work alongside people who care as much as you do, you’ll feel at home here. Note: This position is fully remote and open to candidates based anywhere in Poland. About the Role As a Senior Product Designer at Fluxon, you'll lead design end-to-end on ambitious projects, often working directly with founders and product leads to shape what gets built. We are looking for design generalists, someone who owns the design surface, thrives in ambiguity, and cares as much about why something gets built as how it ships. While specific responsibilities may differ from project to project, you will: Partner with founders, product leads, and other stakeholders to turn business goals into experiences customers love Lead design end-to-end, from discovery and research through interaction design and production-ready execution, calling the right level of depth for each project Make the right call when user needs, technical constraints, and business goals pull in different directions Collaborate closely with clients, PMs, and engineers to set t

Every day, Reddit users submit, vote, and comment on the topics they care most about. With 100,000+ active communities and approximately 130 million daily active unique visitors, Reddit is one of the internet’s largest sources of information. For more information, visit www.redditinc.com . The Media Experience team exists to empower users to discover, consume, and engage with the best media content on Reddit. We do that by making video consumption intuitive and engaging. Because video is a powerful medium for community connection, our goal is to ensure our video experience is best-in-class for every user. Our north star is growing video views and video users . These are users who consistently return to Reddit for the unique, authentic content that fuels our communities. Achieving this level of consistent engagement requires a product flywheel that surfaces the right video features, UI optimizations, and playback improvements at the right moment to accelerate organic engagement. We use data, Quality of Experience (QoE) signals, and rapid product experimentation to identify and resolve any friction preventing a seamless viewing experience. We move with urgency, instrument everything, and treat a missed engagement milestone as a signal to learn from, not a number to ignore. If you want to build iOS video experiences that measurably change the trajectory of tens of millions of users and improve the overall engagement of Reddit itself, this is your team. What you’ll do: 🚀 Drive the Technical Strategy for Media Engagement Lead the iOS architecture for user-facing features that boost video discovery and consumption. Join the team shaping the future of AI at Scale. Scale builds RL environments: sandboxed replicas of the digital spheres where real knowledge work occurs and built from the operating data of the companies that actually hold it. As the Data Acquisition Lead , you will own the commercial motion that gets us that data end to end. You will figure out which companies sit on the data for the next domain worth owning and then go and get it. This is a zero-to-one function with no playbook. You should be prepared to wear many hats, from thesis-driven dealmaker to hands-on operator to technical translator between commercial and Research teams. You will: Map the supply side. Work backwards from where labs are pushing to the specific organizations holding the underlying data. Build a thesis on which domains are worth owning and in what order. Invent the deal structures. You'll work with Scale’s legal team to define the first version of how these transactions get priced. Close. Own it from cold outreach to signature. Close the loop with the technical side. You need to hold a real conversation about what makes a dataset trainable and become an expert in what makes this underlying data valuable. Build the machine. Do the work by hand first, then turn what you learn into a repeatable pipeline. Ideally, you’d have: 5+ years across some mix of business development, corp dev, commercial strategy, or early-stage GTM. The label matters less than a track record of building a commercial motion that didn't exist before you got there A strong track record of managing important external relationships Strong business judgment and the ability to evaluate partnership value quickly Clear communication skills and comfort working with senior stakeholders Ability to operate independently while staying closely connected to cross-functional teams A practical, hands-on approach to building new functions from the ground up Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments Experience in

About the Team DoorDash’s GenAI Platform team sits within Machine Learning Platform and builds the shared infrastructure that helps DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo teams safely bring GenAI-powered products, agents, automation, and personalization to production. Our mission is to increase the velocity of business impact from GenAI. A central pillar of that work is running frontier open-weight LLMs and VLMs (such as GLM, Qwen, Kimi, and DeepSeek) ourselves — real-time GPU serving, high-throughput batch inference, and fine-tuning on autoscaling GPUs — delivering large cost and latency wins (for example, a billion embeddings produced roughly 20× cheaper and visual models served roughly 72% cheaper). We also own core platform surfaces including the LLM Gateway, Agent Gateway, evals infrastructure, guardrails, and cost attribution. About the Role You will join a small, high-leverage team building production infrastructure for Generative AI at DoorDash, leading the design and architecture of our open-weights model platform spanning inference and fine-tuning: real-time GPU serving, high-throughput batch inference, and model fine-tuning. You’ll set technical direction across model serving and inference engines, fine-tuning and training pipelines, GPU autoscaling and utilization, batch pipelines, backend services, and observability, and mentor engineers as you go. This role is ideal for a senior engineer who enjoys owning ambiguous, high-impact systems and pushing the cost/performance frontier of GPU inference and fine-tuning in a fast-moving technical area where product needs, model capabilities, vendor ecosystems, and cost/performance tradeoffs are evolving quickly. You’re excited about this opportunity because you will… Lead the design of infrastructure that helps DoorDash teams move GenAI ideas from prototype to production, increasing the velocity of business impact from AI across the company. Own and evolve our open-weights serving stack — real-time GPU endpoints, high-thr

About the Team At DoorDash, design means making experiences for the people who order, the people who prepare, and the people who deliver. As a Design Manager at DoorDash, you want to build things that matter to real people. You're at your best when you can move from idea to shipped product quickly, bringing experiences to life that reach and influence users at massive scale. You'll care about whether the product you make solved a real problem for real people, or changed how someone experiences their day. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with Engineering and Product Management, dig into the data, and use LLM-powered tools alongside traditional design tools. If the LLM powered tools don’t exist yet, you build them. About the Role Trust is the foundation of every interaction on DoorDash. We're looking for a design leader who can define and drive a vision for designing for integrity at scale. In this role, you will join the Integrity organization. You’ll lead a team of designers working across fraud prevention, trust, safety, and compliance — protecting millions of consumers, Dashers, and merchants while keeping the platform seamless and trustworthy.
