About the Team Consumer Monetization builds the experiences and systems that power how customers purchase and pay for OpenAI products. Our scope spans purchasing flows, payments, subscriptions, and billing, along with the shared capabilities that support new products, offers, and distribution channels. We own both customer-facing experiences and the underlying platforms that power them. We partner closely with Product, Design, Growth, Data Science, and engineering teams across OpenAI to make purchasing effective and reliable, and new offerings easier to launch and monetize. About the Role We’re looking for experienced Staff+ engineers with deep iOS or Android expertise and demonstrated experience contributing beyond mobile to frontend web or backend development. You’ll shape and build purchasing and subscription experiences across mobile applications, web, and supporting product APIs. The work spans improving conversion, performance, and reliability, building reusable components, and enabling new product launches. You’ll combine product judgment with technical depth to set direction, lead initiatives across teams, and remain hands-on through implementation and delivery. Approximately 50% of the work will initially be native mobile development, with the remainder across web and product APIs. We’re looking for engineers who enjoy working across the stack and have concrete examples of doing so professionally. Depth in either iOS or Android is required; experience in both is not required. This role is based in San Francisco, with three days per week in the office. In this role, you will: Architect and build purchasing and subscription experiences across native mobile, mobile web, and supporting product APIs. Partner with Product, Design, and Growth to identify customer needs, prioritize improvements, and shape technical direction for purchasing experiences. Improve conversion, performance, and reliability through experimentation, product analytics, and customer insights

You will own the health of our release pipelines, lead triage war rooms, drive automation initiatives, and participate in on-call rotations to keep CI and test-orchestration infrastructure running reliably. You will also build developer-facing tooling, manage HW test fleet operations, and maintain high-quality integration workflows across our code lines. WHAT YOU'LL DO Release Orchestration: Own the end-to-end release process for storage software and firmware, from development to GA (General Availability). CI/CD Leadership: Design and build optimized pipelines and tools to scale code management and merge operations. Work closely with systems such as Jenkins, test frameworks, Premerge, Orchestrator, and related developer productivity tooling to keep the codeline healthy and actionable. Asana
📍 Warsaw• Full-time• $372K – $432K/yr
1mo ago

We're looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer who brings strong software engineering skills and a deep understanding of production systems. This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys building systems that make infrastructure more scalable, reliable, and easy to operate – using code, not runbooks. You'll work with a highly collaborative team to design and build the internal platforms that power all of Asana, from product features to AI systems to offline analytics. Our tech stack includes: AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), MySQL (RDS), OpenSearch, DynamoDB, Redis, Terraform, Datadog, TypeScript, Scala, Go, and Python. We’re especially interested in people who think like backend engineers but care deeply about systems – things like failure modes, operational cost, debuggability, and performance. This role is based in our Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do, and your recruiter can share more about the in-office requirements. We offer a Contract of Employment (UoP) for our employees in Poland. What you’ll achieve: Design and build frameworks, tools, and services that improve the reliability, observability, and scalability of Asana’s infrastructure. Lead end-to-end projects, from scoping and design through to rollout, across multiple systems and teams. Improve the operability of stateful infrastructure like MySQL, OpenSearch, and DynamoDB – and help drive Asana’s long-term vision for storage reliability. Debug production issues across the stack. Yes, there’s an on-call rotation – but this isn’t a pager monkey role. You’re here to fix things properly and make sure they don’t break again. Partner with product teams to shape a service-oriented architecture that enables fast, reliable development. Share knowledge through code reviews, design discussions, and mentorship. Abou
