What you'll do at Figma: Develop and execute the international go-to-market strategy for Figma for Education, prioritizing India, Brazil, Singapore, and Australia to start. This will include K12, higher ed and bootcamps Hire, manage, and support a team of regional education leads Develop scalable processes for selling, onboarding, and supporting education customers, and cultivate relationships with Boards of Education, university leadership, and bootcamp operators Partner with Legal, Sales, and Marketing to ensure regional compliance, messaging alignment, and local go-to-market execution Design and launch community programs to build awareness and engagement in
