The Associate Program Manager Retention (Digital Commerce) will be the primary executor of email, text message and push notification campaigns spanning on-boarding, growth, and retention for our digital commerce initiatives. This role is responsible for the day-to-day creation of adhoc and planned campaigns supporting product launches, promotions, and retargeting efforts. This role requires a creative thinker and collaborative work with internal teams including brand marketing, ecommerce, design, copy writing, legal and advanced analytics. The ideal candidate is organized, has strong attention to detail, and has a passion for retention marketing. Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary executor of day-to-day ad hoc email, text message and push notification campaigns for product launches, promotions, and retargeting.
