Maintenance Mechanic – JLL What this job involves: The Maintenance Mechanic plays a critical role in supporting building operations by performing preventive maintenance, responding to service requests, and completing general repairs across facility systems and equipment. This position helps ensure safe, efficient, and reliable building performance while delivering best-in-class customer service to tenants and clients. Working independently and collaboratively with the operations team, the Maintenance Mechanic contributes directly to operational excellence, tenant satisfaction, and JLL’s commitment to maintaining high safety and service standards. What your day-to-day will look like: Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems and equipment. Utilize the CMMS work order system to manage and complete assigned maintenance tasks in a timely manner. Maintenance Technician – JLL What your day-to-day will look like: Performance of ongoing preventive and repair response work orders on facility mechanical, electrical, plumbing and other installed systems, equipment, and other components. Perform assigned facility inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting on as found conditions impacting satisfactory client occupancy and operations. Assist the operations team in the maintenance and repair of building and equipment and/or as directed Replace lighting and ballasts Clean HVAC coils, change filters and belts. Complete Hazard Assessments as necessary Comply with all safety procedures, maintaining good housekeeping and safety of work areas. Recognize danger and safety hazards and propose methods to eliminate them. Maintain compliance to State, County, or City Ordinances, Codes, or Laws. Must complete all required safety trainings as scheduled Complies with all policies for the safe storage, usage and disposal of hazardous materials. The pay range per hour is $32.40 - $35.40. You may also earn additional compensation in the form of a shift differential, ranging from $2.00 to $3.50 per hour, based on eligibility.
