Candidate Profile • Minimum 5 years of relevant maintenance experience. • ITI preferred/required, or equivalent hands-on experience in kitchen maintenance. • Strong hands-on experience in multi-site maintenance. • Knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing and basic electrical systems. • Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues independently. • Experience in restaurant, hospitality, food-service, retail or similar multi-site operations preferred. • Strong preventive-maintenance orientation. • Good vendor-management and coordination skills. • Willingness to travel between outlets as required.
