In this role, you will help define Smartsheet's growth strategy through insights produced with data analysis. You will work directly with senior leadership to inform strategic decision-making as part of a collaborative, motivated team. Your work will be instrumental in helping our Sales partners optimize their pipeline, increase retention, and close deals. Our ideal candidate is curious and displays an ability to translate business questions into analysis, reports, and recommendations. This role provides centralized program execution and operational support to our Field Marketing Managers (FMMs) and Partner Marketing leads across North America, handling the repeatable, detail-intensive work that keeps regional campaigns, events, and partner programs running smoothly. You will work behind the scenes on tracking, reporting, and coordination so that regional field marketers can stay focused on strategy and stakeholder relationships. Timely completion and work order documentation of all corrective and preventative maintenance tasks and materials using CMMS software.
