Box(NYSE: BOX)はインテリジェントコンテンツ管理(ICM)プラットフォームのリーディングカンパニーです。Boxのプラットフォームは、企業のコラボレーション促進や、コンテンツのライフサイクル全体の管理、重要なコンテンツの保護、そしてエンタープライズAIによるビジネスワークフローの変革を実現することを目指しています。2005年に米国で設立され、JLL、モルガン・スタンレーなどを含む大手グローバル企業や、日本では約19,000社および日経225の76%の企業の業務効率化を支援しています。 Boxは、カリフォルニア州レッドウッドシティーに本社を置き、米国、ヨーロッパ、アジアに拠点を持っています。株式会社Box Japanは2013年に設立された日本法人です。 Boxでは、重要なコンテンツを扱うプラットフォームをさらに推進し、お客様の働き方に大きな変革を提供する、またとない機会があります。コンテンツは私達の業務の中心にあります。契約書、請求書、社員情報、財務情報、製品仕様、マーケティング資産などの部署間に跨る重要なビジネス・プロセスに含まれる数十億ものファイルや情報が日々流れています。私達のミッションは、コンテンツ管理にインテリジェンスをもたらし、お客様がデジタル・トランスフォーメーションを実現するお手伝いをさせていただくことです。このAIと膨大な業務コンテンツの融合による、大規模な働き方の変革期に、そのビジネスの最前線に貢献することが、Boxではできます。 WHY BOX NEEDS YOU 日本におけるBoxのビジネスは、100%パートナーを通じて展開されています。パートナー営業部の戦略と実行が、Box Japanの成長に直結する環境です。 Box Japanは現在、既存ビジネスが成長している今だからこそ、次の成長に向けてAX時代のパートナービジネスのあり方を進化させようとしています。AIの普及によって市場や競争環境、パートナーの収益機会が変化する中、従来の成功パターンを踏襲するだけでは十分ではありません。Box、一次店、二次店、End Userのそれぞれに価値が還元される、持続的で再現性のあるGo-to-Marketを設計する必要があります。 このポジションでは、Box Japanにとって戦略的重要性の高い一次店を中心に2〜3社を担当し、経営層や事業責任者とともに成長戦略を描きます。数字から課題を見つけ、パートナー社内の複数組織とBoxの各部門を動かし、新たなPipelineと売上を生み出してください。Partner Planの策定からGTM、KPI管理、改善提案まで一貫して担うため、既存の仕組みを運用するより、自ら仕組みをつくり、担当企業を通じて市場を動かすことに面白さを感じる方が経験を発揮できるポジションです。 WHAT YOU'LL DO · 戦略的重要性の高い一次店2〜3社を担当し、売上・Pipeline・KPIから逆算した年間・四半期のPartner Business PlanおよびGTM戦略を共同策定・実行する · パートナーの経営層、事業責任者、主管部門、営業・技術部門、地域組織との定例会議やBusiness Reviewを設計・運営し、合意した施策を実行につなげる · Vendor、一次店、二次店、End Userの商流と利益構造を分析し、Deal Registration、Margin、Partner Programを含む販売モデルや協業プロセスを改善する · Salesforceなどを活用してPipeline、案件登録数、Win Rate、平均単価、Lead Timeなどを可視化し、課題特定、優先順位付け、改善アクションまでオーナーシップを持つ · パートナー経由の新規案件創出と既存顧客の継続・拡張に向け、Enablement、トレーニング、セミナー、共同営業施策を企画・実行し、成果を検証する · Direct Sales、Marketing、SE、Customer Success、Operations、Executiveと連携し、担当パートナーを通じた市場開拓を推進する ·
