Job Summary: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Legal Professional to join our legal team in a non-litigation role. The primary focus will be on handling legal agreements, contract management, vendor negotiations, and ensuring regulatory compliance—especially in line with SEBI’s outsourcing policies and other applicable regulatory frameworks. Key Responsibilities: Contract Drafting & Negotiation: Draft, review, vet, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements including vendor contracts, service agreements, NDAs, technology contracts, SaaS Agreements etc. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to finalize agreements protecting the company’s interests. Strong experience in commercial contract drafting and negotiation. Contract Management: Maintain and update the agreement tracker to monitor contract lifecycles, renewal dates, and key obligations. Ensure timely closure, execution, renewal, and archival of agreements. Regulatory Compliance (Outsourcing): Ensure adherence to SEBI regulations concerning outsourcing of critical activities. Evaluate vendor agreements and arrangements to assess compliance with regulatory outsourcing guidelines. Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure necessary approvals and disclosures are in place. Stakeholder Communication & Reporting: Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management on contract status, key legal risks, and compliance observations. Respond to queries from internal departments relating to agreements or regulatory compliance matters. Policy Adherence & Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and implementation of legal processes and templates. Support in internal audits and regulatory inspections related to outsourcing arrangements.

About the Role We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who is passionate about solving high impact problems in a fast paced start-up environment with a high degree of autonomy. This is inherently a cross-functional leadership role where you will work closely with teams such as software engineering, UX design, category mgmt., marketing, operations, finance, etc to bring a new product to life.

About the Role As an Assistant Manager - F&E, you'll be responsible for identifying key problems, setting the priorities, coming up with solutions and driving implementation. In order to drive implementation, you'll get complete autonomy in terms of the team and processes that you would want to set up. You'll also be responsible for shaping up the right solutions in coordination with the product team, in case your solution requires tech interventions.

From first-mile pickup to last-mile delivery and reverse logistics, ValMo powers millions of shipments every month for small businesses across the country. Valmo (Meesho’s Logistics Arm) is building India’s largest and most efficient hyperlocal self-pickup network: Meesho Pickup Point. We are partnering with local Kiranas, pharmacies, and telecom shops to serve as highly dense, zero-effort pickup points for our prepaid customers. About the Role As the SBDM, you will be the CEO of your "Mega Region," directly managing a large team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) to blanket your city with Meesho Pickup Points.

About the Team Meesho's Security & Compliance team safeguards a platform that 5% of Indian households shop with - millions of orders, billions of data points, zero downtime as a baseline. We own the Information Security Management System, drive every external certification, and shape how Meesho earns trust with sellers, buyers, partners and regulators. We move fast, default to automation, and obsess over evidence. About the Role This is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone who wants to drive - not just oversee - a multi-framework compliance program. You'll be the DRI for ISO 27001:2022 and SOC 2 Type II, run end-to-end ITGC and TPRM cycles, and help operationalise India's DPDP Rules 2025 across a product organisation that processes data at meaningful scale. You'll work directly with Engineering, IT, Legal, Product, and external auditors.
