WHO YOU ARE: As Senior Product Manager for Case Management, you will own the product area that moves insurance cases through their lifecycle — from new-business intake and requirements orchestration through underwriting, issuance, and placement. You will lead the product life cycle for this domain, partner closely with Engineering, and work across Zinnia’s Product Organization to keep the case-management experience aligned with company strategy while delivering measurable value to carriers, distributors, and policyholders. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Own the product roadmap and lifecycle for Zinnia’s case-management capabilities across the new-business and underwriting workflow - intake, requirements gathering, status tracking, and case placement - spanning distributor and carrier touchpoints on our platforms. Lead technical discussions with Engineering teams and manage technical and business requirements end to end. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure product requirements are met, evaluate product performance, and transition features from development to commercialization.
