MongoDB’s Marketing Technology team is looking for a Senior Manager, Martech Transformation to support the implementation and ongoing optimization of our Adobe technology ecosystem. This is a senior individual contributor role with program management ownership, focused on driving the adoption, configuration, and integration of Adobe solutions across MongoDB’s marketing organization. The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on expertise with Adobe enterprise products, a strong product mindset, and the ability to operate as a strategic partner to marketing, IT, and analytics teams. You’ll serve as the internal subject matter expert on Adobe, owning the roadmap for implementation, governance, and continuous improvement across the suite. We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Dublin or Cork for our hybrid working model.
