About The Team Our mission is to bring OpenAI products to life for every customer. Demo Experience equips customer-facing teams with the experiences, systems, and confidence to make frontier capabilities tangible, relevant, and trustworthy. OpenAI’s products and customer needs are evolving rapidly. Demo Experience closes the gap between a frontier capability and a credible customer experience—making new capabilities understandable, demonstrable, and reusable quickly at scale. About The Role Demo Experience Engineers work at the intersection of product engineering, technical storytelling, and GTM execution. You will own ambiguous, high-leverage problems end to end—from building agentic prototypes to creating the infrastructure and self-service tools that make them reliable and reusable. Your work will help customer-facing teams move faster, reduce avoidable failures, and translate frontier product capabilities into clear customer value. You will also turn recurring patterns from customer-facing work into product feedback, launch-readiness improvements, and scalable systems. Success in this role means teams can demonstrate new capabilities sooner and with greater confidence. Recurring requests become reusable capabilities instead of one-off work. Demo experiences are accurate, reliable, and safe. Insights from customer-facing work improve product and readiness decisions. This role is based in San Francisco, CA. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees. In This Role, You Will Own end-to-end demo readiness for new and priority product capabilities, including environments, integrations, synthetic data, evaluations, reliability checks, and fallback paths. Role Overview As the Head of Channel Partnerships at Pi Commerce, you will own the critical partnerships that give our platform its infrastructure channels and its global reach. This role comprises two halves, but carries one strategic mandate: secure and deepen the structural platform and carrier relationships that power our messaging core, while simultaneously building out the regional partner networks that scale our product across new geographies. Core Responsibilities & Ownership  Platform & Carrier Partnerships: Directly manage structural relationships with Meta (WhatsApp), Jio, and key telcos/aggregators backend infrastructure for SMS, RCS, and Voice. Own commercials, rate cards, technical access layer negotiations, BSP/ISV statuses, and co-marketing entitlements. Your success means securing better commercial terms, enhanced platform access, and early roadmap visibility.  Channel GTM Partnerships: Recruit, sign, and rapidly enable high-performing resellers, Systems Integrators (SIs), and distribution partners across the UAE and the wider GCC region. Build the full partner lifecycle framework from scratch, including partner selection, custom commercial matrices, enablement programs, and joint pipeline mechanics.  Partner-Sourced Revenue Pipeline: Carry a direct revenue quota. At Pi Commerce, partnerships are treated as a primary revenue generator, not a relationship maintenance cost center. You will be actively measured on structural channel access secured and net- new partner-sourced annual contract value (ACV). Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate brings a blend of structural ecosystem negotiation experience and high- growth indirect sales execution. You are equally comfortable aligning incentives with massive tech conglomerates and onboarding local localized channel partners.  Industry Domain Expertise: Proven track record of managing platform or carrier relationships specifically within CPaaS, enterprise messaging, or fintech industries. 

Role : Program Manager Function: Personal Loans, Lending Location: [Noida / Mumbai] Experience: 3–6 years About the Role: We are hiring a Program / Category Manager to help drive Paytm's Personal Loans business. You will own a set of lending partners end-to-end; their volumes, their economics and their journey and be the connective tissue between Business, Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Finance and Marketing. This is a builder's role, not a coordinator's. You will be expected to find growth yourself: dig into the funnel, form a view on what is broken or under-exploited, build the business case, and then drive it to launch with the teams that can make it happen. The partners in this portfolio contribute a meaningful share of Paytm's monthly disbursals, so the decisions you make show up directly in the P&L. Key Responsibilities: - Own the AOP for your lending partners and drive the initiatives needed to deliver it month on month, not just at quarter end. - Build the forward view forecasts, scenario plans and the levers available if the base case slips. - Own the funnel end to end: stage-wise conversion, drop-offs, TATs and the specific reason codes behind each leak, from offer display through KYC, e-mandate, e-sign and disbursal. - Run cohort and vintage analysis to understand how different user segments, sources and offer constructs behave over time, and use it to shape targeting and offer strategy. - Design and run experiments: A/B tests on journeys, messaging, offers and routing and read the results honestly, including the ones that fail. - Build and maintain the dashboards and MIS that the business runs on, so that you and your stakeholders are always looking at the same, current, correct numbers. - Turn analysis into a recommendation. The deliverable is a decision with a number attached to it, not a deck of charts. - Drive end-to-end execution of strategic lending programs, delivered on time and against clearly defined business outcomes. -
