PagerDuty is looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst to join our centralized, dedicated Workday HRIS team. In this role, you'll drive the design, configuration, implementation, and administration of our Workday ecosystem — and increasingly, help us deliver and adopt the AI capabilities now built into the platform. Responsibilities: Strong understanding and hands-on experience implementing and maintaining Workday modules, including Core HCM, Compensation, Onboarding, Benefits, Payroll, and Security — researching and resolving system problems, unexpected results, or process flaws, and recommending solutions to meet business requirements.
