Responsibilities 負責廠務系統之即時監控與設備操作，並依系統別進行需求派工與支援調度。 Responsible for real-time monitoring and operation of facilities systems, including system-based task assignment and support dispatching. 管理與監控水系統、電力系統、汽化系統、空調系統及無塵室空調系統。 Manage and monitor water systems, electrical systems, vaporization systems, HVAC systems, and cleanroom HVAC systems. 即時回應廠務系統異常，執行初步判斷、緊急應變、故障排除及關鍵問題排除。 Promptly respond to facilities system abnormalities by performing initial assessment, emergency response, troubleshooting, and addressing blocking issues. 執行廠務系統例行性點檢、預防保養與維護作業，以確保系統安全、穩定及可靠運轉。 Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and servicing to ensure safe, stable, and reliable system operation. 參與廠務系統相關專案推動，包含 TPM 、 CIT 及各項內外部稽核活動。 Participate in facilities-related projects, including TPM, CIT, and internal/external audit activities. 推動廠務系統運轉效能與節能改善措施，以提升整體系統穩定性與運轉績效。 Drive operational efficiency and energy-saving initiatives to improve overall system stability and performance. 支援廠務系統 AI 智能化與數位化轉型專案，以降低維運人力需求並優化營運成本。 Support AI and digital transformation initiatives to reduce maintenance labor req

As a Shift Engineer, your duties will include: Partnering with IT support to solve issues currently affecting Micron production activities Proactively monitoring and driving performance of AMHS and equipment benchmarks, addressing any issues in a timely manner to achieve Fab quality, cycle time, yield, and cost Scheduling and performing preventative maintenance on assigned tool sets, using mechanical, electronic, and PC/software skills to troubleshoot and repair equipment issues Assisting in AMHS/tool installation, relocation, and upgrades Supporting AMHS equipment and vendor on long-term down equipment and chronic process issues Improving tool uptime through quality workmanship, detailed problem solving, and troubleshooting Detailing all maintenance conducted in established check sheets and tracking programs, and regularly reviewing maintenance check sheets and procedures Keeping the Lead Engineer/Manager updated on all AMHS-related issues and long-term down status Following all safety and environmental procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulations Actively participating in the EHSS program by reporting all EHSS-related concerns or problems immediately to the appropriate individual (ERT, Supervision, etc.) Being proactive in reducing incidents of personal injuries, safety hazards, or environmental relea
