Lyft Ads is building the world's largest mobility advertising network, connecting brands with millions of consumers throughout their transportation journeys. Our mission is to help brands reach riders during key moments of their journey — before, during, and after a ride — by delivering meaningful, contextually relevant ad experiences. Core to that vision is our ad serving platform. About Stripe Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies — from the world's largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups — use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to grow the GDP of the internet, and we won't stop until we've made it easy for any business anywhere to participate in the digital economy. About the role Governments around the world are fundamentally changing how businesses report and exchange transactions. Continuous Transaction Controls (CTC) and e-invoicing mandates — now active or imminent in France, Germany, Spain, Poland, and across Latin America — require businesses to transmit structured invoice data through certified government networks in real time. For Stripe's global user base, compliant e-invoicing is rapidly becoming a prerequisite for conducting commerce, not a nice-to-have. We're building the e-invoicing infrastructure that makes this invisible for Stripe users. That means embedding compliant invoice generation, validation, and transmission directly into Stripe Billing and Invoicing — abstracting the full complexity of regional mandates and network certification behind a seamless product experience. This is a high-impact, greenfield role. You'll own Stripe's e-invoicing product end-to-end: setting the strategy, driving execution, and making Stripe the go-to solution for businesses navigating the global shift to real-time invoicing compliance. You'll work at the intersection of product, engineering, partnerships, and go-to-market — and you'll be laying the foundation for a capability that will matter to every Stripe user operating in a mandated market. What you'll do Own the e-invoicing product vision and roadmap, translating complex and evolving regulatory requirements into a coherent multi-year strategy Drive Stripe's expansion across mandated global markets (France, Germany, Spain, Poland) and into Latin America, sequencin

About the Team ValMo is Meesho's logistics and supply chain organization, responsible for building India's most cost-efficient, reliable, and scalable fulfillment network. From first-mile pickup to last-mile delivery and reverse logistics, ValMo powers millions of shipments every month for small businesses across the country. As we scale, the complexity of our network increases exponentially. ValMo operates at the intersection of technology, operations, and partner ecosystems — where execution precision and systems thinking are critical to prevent cascading (domino) failures across the network. About the Role The Control Tower is where the stability, reliability, and cost-efficiency of ValMo's pan-India network is owned end-to-end. This is a deliberately generalist role in Fulfilment & Experience - your mandate is defined by an outcome, not a fixed function. Put simply: you are the person we point at the highest-leverage problem threatening the network, and you figure it out from first principles. The specific problem changes with what the network needs. In one quarter you might be redesigning the topology of a region; in the next, rebuilding the capacity-planning engine, running a structural cost-out program, firefighting an RTO or CX spike, or standing up readiness for a peak event - including problems that don't yet have an owner. What stays constant is the accountability: keep the network stable, predictable, and cost-efficient no matter what breaks or scales.

About the Team You will join the Fulfilment and Experience (F&E) leadership team at Meesho. F&E is the operational and technological backbone powering India’s most cost-efficient, reliable, and scalable e-commerce network, serving 100M+ monthly active users. From disintermediating traditional logistics through Valmo (Meesho’s unbundled micro-entrepreneur supply platform) to driving zero-commission seller enablement and real-time speed platforms, F&E operates at the intersection of deep systems thinking, network engineering, and structural innovation. We solve industry-defining supply chain problems at a scale that few companies globally can match. About the Role As a Director within F&E, you will be a critical anchor shaping how buyers and sellers experience the platform and how efficiently and reliably it runs. This is a highly generalist leadership role designed for a strategic problem-solver who can navigate seamlessly between long-term strategic transformation and large-scale, metrics-driven execution. Rather than being confined to a single vertical, you will own one (and over time, potentially more than one) of Meesho's most critical F&E charters. Depending on where the business needs you most and where your strengths lie, this could be any of: Valmo Platform & Network Economics: Scale Meesho’s low-cost logistics ecosystem. Drive unbundled logistics innovation across Valmo Airhubs (first/last mile), Valmo Bases (sortation/middle mile), and Captains & Pilots (franchise partners and delivery execution) to reduce Cost-Per-Delivery-Order (CPDO) while improving SLA predictability. Speed Platform & Valmo Express: Build product and operational levers that make fast delivery a structural advantage. Drive program adoption (e.g., "FAST" badges, early-morning cutoff SLAs, dedicated FE pickups) to lower RTO (Return to Origin) and cancellation rates. User Experience & Buyer Trust: Architect end-to-end pre- and post-order journeys for India’s price-sensitive Tier-2+ consumer
