Band 6 Occupational Therapist – Acute Inpatient Services Location: Lancaster Contract: Temporary Our client is seeking an experienced Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join their team in Lancaster. This role involves working within an acute inpatient setting , supporting patients through their recovery and ensuring safe, timely discharges. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality occupational therapy interventions within an acute inpatient environment. Support discharge planning and ensure effective pathways for patient transitions. Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide patient-centered care. Promote independence and functional recovery for patients. Requirements: HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist. Proven experience in acute inpatient care . Strong understanding of discharge pathways and admission avoidance.
