Overview: The Insights product is a new offering for Guidepoint's Institutional investment and corporate clients, that offers teleconferences, surveys, and in-person events. The teleconferences live in a transcript library portal, which covers a wide of industries/topics that enables our clients to make informed decisions. All content features experts from Guidepoint’s proprietary global network and is conceptualized and hosted by former investment professionals (i.e., private equity/hedge fund), sell-side equity research analysts, and industry professionals. What You’ll Do: Support operations associate in hosting teleconferences across sectors in APAC Contact clients to determine event interest, confirm predetermined advisors Send invitations to clients and oversee client RSVPs and compliance Manage all correspondence with advisors prior to meetings Assist in maximizing attendance at events, ensure events runs successfully and conduct post-event cost analysis and review client charges Assist in managing internal documents Work closely with other team members to ensure the successful execution of meetings via the scheduling of advisors for breakfast/lunch meetings agendas and teleconferences Provide the team with all relevant materials for the events including PowerPoint slides, event signage, and brochures. As our People Operations Coordinator, you'll own the tactical side of onboarding: collecting and tracking the completion of required documentation, greeting new hires, assisting in running sessions, and keeping the operations of onboarding on track as we grow. The role is heavily onboarding-focused today and will broaden across the employee lifecycle as our new people systems take over more of the routine work.
