Responsabilidades y Funciones • Completa las tareas repetitivas y sigue los procedimientos junto con las instrucciones escritas y verbales • Inspecciona y limpia los dispositivos con productos químicos de limpieza, alcohol y suministros designados, utilizando herramientas finas o pequeñas, como cepillos o rodillos • Realizar pruebas sencillas de funcionamiento de los productos utilizando un probador automático sencillo o una pequeña máquina de pruebas • Doblar y colocar manualmente los dispositivos/productos en bolsas • Puede sellar las bolsas con una máquina de sellado y colocar las etiquetas adecuadas utilizando una impresora de etiquetas • Validar los componentes de sustitución como equivalentes a los nuevos cuando sea necesario • Cumplir con los objetivos definidos dentro de los factores clave de éxito de Stryker: Calidad Primero, Experiencia del Cliente, Innovación, Desarrollo de las Personas y Resultados Financieros • Responsable de participar en la mejora continua, las 5S, la limpieza diaria/semanal y de aportar sugerencias o ideas • Respon
