About the Team The Intelligence and Investigations team is dedicated to ensuring the safe, responsible deployment of AI by rapidly detecting and mitigating abuse. Our team leverages the latest testing methodologies to uncover vulnerabilities and emerging threats, helping safeguard OpenAIβs products and users. We work closely with cross-functional partners across product, policy, and engineering to drive a comprehensive defense strategy against evolving adversarial challenges. About the Role As a Red Team Specialist focused on cyber, you will help answer two practical questions: What cyber capabilities can our models provide to real-world attackers, and do our safeguards remain effective when those attackers use increasingly sophisticated techniques? The role combines scaled evaluation with expert-driven testing. You may bring deeper experience in cybersecurity and use that expertise to judge whether a modelβs behavior meaningfully changes attacker capability. Alternatively, you may bring deeper experience in model evaluations, automation, or agentic harnesses and apply those skills to building rigorous cyber testing. We do not expect every candidate to be equally deep in both areas, but successful candidates will have a strong foundation in one and enough fluency in the other to work effectively across the boundary. Most of your work will focus on model cyber capabilities and safeguards; you will also spend a portion of your time testing novel abuse risks in agentic systems. This role is located in San Francisco, CA or Seattle, WA. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees. In this role, you will: Design and run rigorous evaluations of model cyber capabilities and safeguards, including policy adherence, correct refusal, over refusal, and resilience to jailbreaking and other adversarial techniques. Conduct hands-on testing to understand what models can enable when used by experienced security practiti

About the Team Mixpanel Engineering is a small, fast-moving team focused on delivering real value to customers. We build powerful AI-powered product analytics while obsessing over clarity, simplicity, and delight. Engineers here own problems end to end. The Query Serving team owns the entrypoint to Mixpanel's analytics capabilities. They're responsible for our Query API as well as the infrastructure for planning queries and protecting our systems at scale. They work on initiatives like defining the APIs for enabling agentic workflows, hardening our query infrastructure in preparation for significantly increased AI query volume, and establishing our strategy for warehouse interoperability. About the Role We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join this organization. Teams operate as autonomous pods, with engineering, product, and design working side by side on clear strategic goals. Teams have direct access to customer feedback, product usage data, business metrics, and design context. We start with customer problems. We reason from first principles. We challenge assumptions. We aim for simple solutions to complex problems and avoid unnecessary abstraction. Engineering owns execution, quality, and operations. There are no project managers, QA teams, or separate SREs. Ownership stays with the people building the product. We value written thinking, dashboards, and demos over slide decks. We work openly using tools l

About the Role & Team This is Amplitude's first People Team hire in India, and we're being deliberate about who we bring in first. People Operations is at an inflection point. A lot of what takes hours todayβHR tickets, Workday updates, onboarding tasksβwill be handled by AI-assisted workflows in the near future. We're building toward that now, and this role is part of that foundation. You'll join the global People Operations team as a dedicated shared services resource, handling the operational work that keeps our EMEA and AMER specialists focused on higher-complexity, in-market problemsβand supporting People Business Partners globally when they need an extra set of hands. In the near term, the work is largely transactional: resolving HR helpdesk tickets, processing Workday data requests, coordinating onboarding logistics. That's not a knock on the roleβit's the job, and doing it with speed, accuracy, and care matters enormously. Over time, as we invest in AI tooling and automation, that transactional load will shift. When it does, this role shifts with it: taking on process improvement projects, helping document and refine how the team operates, and growing into a contributor who shapes practices rather than just follows them. We'll support that progression. Because this is a remote role with no local People Ops team around you, we need someone who is genuinely self-directed. You'll be given clear priorities and good systems to work in, but you'll own your own day. If you thrive in structured work but feel motivated by the promise of doing more over time, this is a good fit. As a People Operations Analyst, you will: Own shared services and HR helpdesk Resolve Tier 1β2 employee inquiries through our HR ticketing system (Console AI) on behalf of EMEA and AMER regional teams: policy questions, employment verifications, leave requests, and benefits inquiries Triage issues that need specialist inputβBenefits, Payroll, Legal, or regional People Opsβwith clear contex

About The Role & Team Amplitude is the leading AI analytics platform, and our ability to deliver measurable customer outcomes quickly is a key part of how we keep that lead. The Customer FDE (Forward Deployed Engineering) team sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer success β owning the technical delivery that takes validated products from co-development and implements them across enterprise customers. As a Customer Forward Deployed Engineer, you will own end-to-end technical delivery for enterprise customer implementations, from sales engagement through post-deployment validation. You'll work directly in Amplitude's product codebase, submitting PRs, shipping customer-specific solutions, and building reusable patterns that make every successive engagement faster. This is not a traditional support or solutions role. Customer FDEs are engineers first who partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to turn customer needs into working software. The right person thrives in ambiguity, learns new domains quickly, and cares as much about the customer's outcome as about technical elegance. As a Customer Forward Deployed Engineer, you will: Own enterprise implementations end-to-end β engage during sales to map customer needs to capabilities, scope implementation plans, and deliver through post-deployment validation with measurable customer outcomes Work directly in the product codebase β submit PRs, test, and ship customer-specific solutions without requiring constant oversight; over time, the gap between "what we built" and "what the customer needs" keeps shrinking because you're the one closing it Ship early, ship often, and gather feedback β treat every customer interaction as an opportunity to validate your approach and course-correct quickly Build reusable patterns and playbooks β when you solve something once, make sure the next person doesn't have to solve it again; identify and document implementation patterns that
