The Language Tools team enables ~1,500 Datadog developers to build, test, and package millions of lines of Go, Python, Java, Rust, and TypeScript in our backend monorepo. Our success is measured by their productivity and satisfaction. They use the tools that we develop and support several times a day, in both development and CI environments. We use the Bazel open source build system as a foundation. The team is growing rapidly, both with Datadog and as we absorb other repositories into the monorepo. As a senior software engineer on the team, you will own projects from start to finish, both greenfield and brownfield. You will gain first-hand understanding of what Datadog developers need, and inform our roadmap. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships that it builds, the creativity it brings to the table, and the collaboration of being together. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our employees can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. What You’ll Do: Invent build, test and packaging tools that are simpler and more reliable to use. Push performance and cost efficiency at scale, raising cache hit rates and cutting CI times and compute spend across millions of targets. Treat CI like SREs treat prod, making sure our pipelines are green and fast. Prepare, run, and finish complex migrations. Contribute back to the Bazel ecosystem, upstreaming fixes and shaping features we depend on. Who You Are: An expert in Bazel and/or one of the languages listed above. A well-rounded engineer. You must broadly understand the various types of software projects that are built, tested, and packaged with our tools. Both careful and fearless. The changes we make impact the velocity of hundreds of engineers. They are risky but necessary. User-focused. We help Datadog engineers to use the tools that we develop, and continuously improve their usability, so they don’t need our help the next time. Ideally, you have ex

Today, everyone from PMs to Sales to SREs uses AI to query their business data - but every answer is a one-off with no governance, no consistency, and no visibility for data teams. We're building the system that fixes this: a context layer that learns from existing data tools driving high quality and consistent answers, an AI-powered query experience, full governance for data teams, and rich analysis surfaces to present and share the results. You'd be building a zero to one product of what we believe will become a major new product line for Datadog. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds, and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. What you'll do Drive the product vision and roadmap spanning the Data agent experience, the semantic/context layer, governance console, chat experience and analysis surfaces (dashboards, notebooks, sheets) Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch, working with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers and other PMs Deeply understand the needs of two key personas: data teams (who govern and curate) and data consumers (PMs, engineers, SREs, executives who ask questions) Design the context and governance layer that makes AI-powered analytics trustworthy - including auto-generation from existing BI tools, eval frameworks, confidence scoring, and self-improvement loops Define how observability data and business data come together to serve unique use cases Engage directly with early customers and internal dogfooding users to iterate on accuracy, usability, and trust Independently research the competitive landscape across legacy BI vendors, warehouse-native analytics, AI-first startups, and AI labs Work on the product pricing Work with GTM teams to define positioning, packaging, and the path to displacing entrenched tools Who you are 5+ years of experience

We’re looking for a Software Engineer 3 to help bring Voyage’s embedding models - used for semantic search, retrieval, and AI-native experiences; to the platforms and environments where customers already run their workloads, beyond first-party MongoDB Atlas. You’ll join the broader Search and AI Platform organization and collaborate closely with the engineers building Voyage’s first-party inference. Together, we’re extending that platform across cloud marketplaces, third-party inference providers, and self-managed deployments so customers get the same Voyage models, behaving consistently, wherever they choose to run them. As a Software Engineer 3, you'll focus on building the systems, tooling, and deployment workflows that power third-party model delivery. You'll own key components of how Voyage models are packaged, validated, and deployed, work across teams to ensure tight integration with the core inference platform, and contribute to delivery surfaces designed for reliability, observability, and ease of use. We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Sydney for our hybrid working model. What you'll do Port and tune the model server that runs Voyage embedding and reranking models: improving inference performance, consistency, and runtime behavior across environments Productionize new Voyage models for delivery beyond first-party Atlas, owning the packaging, configuration, and deployment workflows that get them running on AWS, Azure, GCP and more Design correctness, correlation, and performance validation that proves third-party deployments match first-party behavior Build operability into every surface: structured logging, metrics, diagnostics, and health checks with tools like Prometheus and OpenTelemetry Debug problems that span model servers, containers, deployment configuration, and partner cloud environments Work alongside Voyage's model-serving teams, and partner with GTM, SAs, TSEs, and strategic customers on the hardest external deployments Who

From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us! Some of the most consequential problems at Figma don't belong to any one team: how our business model evolves as software shifts to AI and consumption, how we price and package what we're still inventing, where the next layer of growth comes from. We're looking for an exceptional operator to own problems like these and drive them to decisions that reach the CEO, CPO, and CFO - and beyond. As the first Director hire on our Business Operations team, you'll start with the highest-stakes arena we have today — Figma's business model and monetization strategy (pricing, packaging, our AI credit and consumption models, and the shape of the model itself) — and build and lead the small, high-leverage team that owns it. But the through-line of this role isn't a domain; it's you: a broad, first-principles operator who brings structure to ambiguity, earns exec trust fast, and turns strategy into shipped outcomes. This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States. What you'll do at Figma: Take Figma's most ambiguous, highest-stakes business questions from "no one knows" to a decision we can act on — and own the outcome Set the direction for how Figma monetizes the AI era: agents, consumption/usage-based billing, our APIs, and acquired businesses — with a real point of view on where the model is going, not just where it is Build and lead a small, exceptional team; set the bar for structured thinking and exec-ready synthesis Be the partner Product, Finance,
