Maintain scalable program infrastructure by owning Asana projects, templates, and tracking systems that keep onboarding and other R&D programs running reliably without needing to reinvent the wheel each cycle. Measure program effectiveness - review current feedback loops and lightweight metrics to assess whether programs are working, and use that data to iterate and improve continuously.
