A World-Changing Company Palantir builds the world’s leading software for data-driven decisions and operations. By bringing the right data to the people who need it, our platforms empower our partners to develop lifesaving drugs, forecast supply chain disruptions, locate missing children, and more. The Role As a Senior Software Engineer on Network Infrastructure you will be joining a team whose mission is to make a highly dynamic and intricate Kubernetes networking tech stack a pleasure to interact with, in addition to being legible, robust and secure. The Network Infrastructure team owns the tech responsible for north-south and east-west traffic flows across 100s of zero-trust K8s clusters running variable workloads. The team solves the novel technical challenges emergent at the intersection of scale, usability and security: enabling dynamic control over ephemeral infrastructure (10s of thousands of firewall rules targeting 1000s of short-lived pods) across multiple compliance regimes, using CNCF tools like envoy, cilium with K8s controllers to operate them. In this role, you will be working in one of the most technically challenging spaces at Palantir.

A World-Changing Company Palantir builds the world’s leading software for data-driven decisions and operations. By bringing the right data to the people who need it, our platforms empower our partners to develop lifesaving drugs, forecast supply chain disruptions, locate missing children, and more. The Role The Privacy and Civil Liberties (PCL) Engineering team is a interdisciplinary team of software engineers, forward-deployed engineers, designers, lawyers, and policy experts. The first of its kind in the tech industry, Palantir’s PCL team was formed 15+ years ago as a rejection of the prevailing view that privacy protections must be sacrificed to national security interest. Today, the mission of the PCL team goes far beyond civil liberties protections, and our work challenges other false tradeoffs between operational effectiveness and the defining values of our society: Effective military operations should not be at odds with protecting civilians and upholding the Law of Armed Conflict. Deploying AI with scale and speed should never compromise safety, reliability, and governance. The PCL team builds software and forward deploys to ensure that our customers can pursue their hardest operational challenges while keeping ethical imperatives in plain sight. You can read more about the team on the Palantir blog here. As a PCL Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing full-stack software products for privacy, data protection, AI governance, and accountability in Palantir’s software platforms. You may build security and governance primitives in our platform, applications for auditors, user-facing workflows for AI governance, internal tools for data protection, or something new all-together to help our customers address their next set of challenges. In every case, the software that you build will directly help our customers both carry out their missions more effectively and better meet their legal and ethical obligations. As part of this role, y
A World-Changing Company Palantir builds the world’s leading software for data-driven decisions and operations. By bringing the right data to the people who need it, our platforms empower our partners to develop lifesaving drugs, forecast supply chain disruptions, locate missing children, and more. The Role The Palantir Design Team is responsible for the human experience of using our software. Our team is growing rapidly, but we're committed to creating a tight-knit team environment that fosters trust, integrity, empathy, and growth. We work together in realizing a shared product vision, and regularly give feedback and critique to each other. Designing at Palantir is a varied experience. On a given day, you might be: leading a design sprint for your product team; designing a micro-interaction to make a complex analytical task feel simple; and/or advocating for UX consistency by creating flexible, reusable UI components. Core Responsibilities • Interaction and visual design. As a product designer, you'll be involved at every stage of design work. You'll help define early product concepts, flesh out the high-level workflow and micro-interactions of a feature, and execute on a crisp and effective visual design. You should have experience with some of the following mockup and prototyping tools: Sketch, Framer, Principle, Figma, Invision. • User research. We frequently do informal user research, and value people who can be flexible with research processes and methodologies to achieve the right outcome. You'll often visit customer offices to interview and learn from the users we serve. You'll pair qualitative methods (e.g. scripted usability tests and contextual inquiry) with quantitative information, like product and usage metrics. • Prototyping. You will prototype—using software like Principle and Framer, or another favorite method—both to communicate your designs and validate your decisions. • Partnering with engineers. We work closely with product and forw
A World-Changing Company Palantir builds the world’s leading software for data-driven decisions and operations. By bringing the right data to the people who need it, our platforms empower our partners to develop lifesaving drugs, forecast supply chain disruptions, locate missing children, and more. The Role We're looking for an Information Security Engineer who can think broadly about how infrastructure is built, attacked, defended, and improved. You may have deep experience in one area—such as endpoint security, Active Directory, Data Loss Prevention, cloud security, identity, or detection and response—but you’re motivated by solving security problems across the environment. As an Information Security Engineer focused on infrastructure security, you'll help protect Palantir's global endpoints, servers, identity systems, applications, networks, and data flows. You'll work across teams to reduce attack surface, improve defensive controls, investigate security events, and turn security findings into durable architectural and operational improvements. This is not just a corporate security role; the adversaries we face are sophisticated. We need someone who understands both the details and the broader system: how a weakness in one part of the environment can create risk somewhere else, how controls interact, and how to build security improvements that hold up in practice.

The Role Substrate is the team responsible for Palantir’s core production infrastructure — 100s of K8s clusters — from on-prem to the major cloud hyperscalers, whether they are internet-connected or air-gapped, small hardware footprint or large. As a Senior Software Engineer on Substrate, you will design and build Palantir’s managed Kubernetes product offerings across all these environments. You and your team will be responsible for bootstrapping and operating the entire fleet of K8s clusters with zero manual steps by building industry leading tooling and contributing to core CNCF components. You will also be responsible for ensuring scale, stability and security across a matrix of compliance regimes and hosting infrastructure types. Your team culture emphasizes engineering rigor and operational excellence at scale. This means issues in production should be pre-empted and deeply root-caused, and investments in automation and self-healing systems are key. If you’re excited about infrastructure at scale and working with Kubernetes, this is the right role for you.

The Role As a Deployment Strategist Intern, you'll work as part of a diverse, generative, and creative team of Engineers, Product Designers, and other Deployment Strategists to deploy software against the most important problems our world faces. Your mission is to synthesize disconnected streams of thought into a cohesive understanding of what the problem is, what the data means, what the product needs, what users are motivated by, and where the impact could be. The problems you'll solve will require a curious and analytical mindset, a sharp intuition for product, an ability to speak the language of data, and an understanding that humans should make decisions. At its core, this role is about uncovering dots and—without knowing the shape they form—figuring out how to connect them. Our customers come to us with a hunch that the only way to protect their troops, manufacture high-quality products, structure effective healthcare policies, or deliver aid to refugees safely is to make better use of their data. Deployment Strategists are responsible for turning that hunch into reality. Deployment Strategists are do-ers who thrive in ambiguity, react quickly to new stimuli, and don't equate pivoting with failing as they operate in pursuit of truth, value, and meaningful impact. In this internship, you'll immerse yourself in intricate customer workflows, explore data using quantitative analytics across large datasets, and dive into the product landscape. If you believe in the transformational power of data and technology and in your own ability to bring that power to bear against complex problems, we want to meet you. No two days are the same, but as a Deployment Strategist
