The Role We are looking for a Senior Partner Deployed Engineer to join the Customer Solutions team, focused on building Coder’s partner ecosystem across EMEA. This is a new function at Coder, modeled on the Forward Deployed Engineer role pioneered by companies like Palantir and now the fastest-growing technical role at frontier AI companies. The difference: instead of embedding with a single customer to deploy a platform, you embed with strategic partners to help them understand, position, and deliver Coder’s platform across their entire customer base. You are part Field CTO, part Industry Strategist, part Technical Specialist, and part Partner Relations Lead. You will be the technical authority within our EMEA partner ecosystem: setting the vision for how Coder fits into each partner’s AI, cloud, and modernization offerings, co-creating the GTM sales plays that partner sellers take to market, building the demonstrations and workshops that generate pipeline, and producing the Partner Relations content that establishes Coder’s technical brand in the ecosystem. This is not a support role. You are equally comfortable holding a strategic roadmap conversation with a partner CTO and debugging a Kubernetes deployment in a partner’s lab in the same afternoon. You are energized by the challenge of building a new category through partnerships, motivated by the multiplied impact of enabling an entire ecosystem rather than a single customer, and capable of operating with full autonomy in a fast-moving startup environment. What You’ll Do Serve as the strategic technical thought partner to EMEA partner leadership, including practice leads, CTOs, and solutions architects at global systems integrators, regional cloud consultancies, and hyperscaler field teams. Own the technical relationship and set the vision for how Coder fits into each partner’s AI and modernization portfolio. At Vanta, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it. Customers increasingly use AI agents like Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and internal Slack agents to run their business processes, and security and compliance work is no exception. For those agents to do that work, they need access to Vanta’s trust graph and intelligence layer. Vanta is building for that world: security and compliance products that customers can use through Vanta, through third-party agent platforms, and inside their own internal tools. As Senior Product Manager, Agent Ecosystem, you will own Vanta’s external agent surfaces: MCP, CLI, and plugins in marketplaces like Claude Code, Codex, and ChatGPT. Your job is to make Vanta the trusted compliance layer that agents rely on. You will define the strategy, ship the products, and own the outcomes. About Supabase Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We give teams a complete backend out of the box: Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search, all built on Postgres and designed to grow with the products people build on us. We're open source, remote-first, and async by default. We move fast, we ship in public, and we care a lot about doing right by the developers who trust us. About the role Our events program is how a lot of developers and teams meet Supabase for the first time, whether that's a packed booth at a major trade show, an event with one of our partners, or a dinner with a room full of target accounts. We're looking for a Field Marketing & Events Manager to own and grow that program. The role centers on two areas: Partner events and trade shows. The events that put Supabase in front of the wider market and our partner network. You'll own these end to end, with the goal of building awareness with the audiences that matter to us, getting our team face-to-face with customers, prospects, and partners, and turning that into leads, signups, and real opportunities. They're also where we strengthen the partnerships we have, build new ones, and establish Supabase as a credible voice in the industry. Strategic business events. High-touch events you'll run with Sales, like executive dinners and small-format gatherings built around specific accounts. These sit further down the funnel: the point is to get in the room with target accounts, influence and accelerate pipeline, and open up the expansion opportunities and strategic relationships that help close and grow deals. One thing to know going in: this is a newly formed team, and we're still figuring out how it all works. You'll help define the playbook, not inherit one. That means real influence over how we run events, and it means staying flexible as priorities shift and we learn what works. You'll work with a small, senior marketing tea
