As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll play an important role in helping our existing customers scale while managing requests and closing deals from a large book of accounts. You’ll build a strong foundation of knowledge across our product platform and internal sales processes while partnering with Support, Order Management, and Marketing. You’ll also gain experience qualifying and routing inbound prospects to an aligned Account Executive. Ultimately, this experience will help you serve customers efficiently and support your own career development in Sales. As a founding member of this new team, you're adaptable and eager to contribute to how the strategy of this function evolves over time. This is a full time role that can be held from our London hub. What you'll do at Figma: Communicate with existing customer accounts through email, Zoom, and Ironclad about Figma’s platform and pricing Close inbound sales requests for subscription expansions, including adding products or licenses, creating new instances, and upgrading to the Enterprise Plan Manage inbound billing requests (such as processing renewals and changing payment term/method) Close targeted outbound account renewals Qualify and handle inbound sales requests Partner with Marketing to run proactive campaigns that maximize expansion/retention across all products We’d love to hear from you if you have: Desire to build career in Sales - ultimately working towards Senior Inside Sales Representative and Accoun

The monetization team owns the commerce layer of the Snowflake Marketplace — building the end-to-end transactional infrastructure and buyer/seller experiences that power how data and AI products are priced, purchased, and settled across Snowflake's global ecosystem. AS A SENIOR FULLSTACK ENGINEER YOU WILL: Build and own end-to-end full-stack features — from polished React-based checkout and billing UIs to the backend services that process, validate, and settle marketplace transactions at scale Design and implement robust backend APIs and services in Java or Python that handle the lifecycle of commercial transactions: entitlements, metering, invoicing, and payment orchestration Develop reusable, accessible React component libraries and frontend systems that give buyers and sellers clear visibility into usage, spend, and revenue — working closely with design to deliver intuitive experiences Contribute to the reliability, correctness, and observability of high-stakes transactional pipelines — including fraud preventio
