The Regional Sales Director (RSD) is responsible for leading, directing and managing the assigned regional sales team in the US. The RSD motivates and leads his/her team in an effort to achieve new levels of performance, revenue growth and customer satisfaction across all channels. The RSD is responsible for planning sales strategies and execution plans to enable the region to achieve its sales and profitability objectives. The RSD interfaces closely with customers to develop sales plans, identify and develop advocates relationships and ensure sound service levels with customers in all channels.
