Position Summary CVS Health has an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacist Supervisor in our Specialty mail service pharmacy. As the Pharmacist Supervisor you will supervise staff in our Specialty Mail Order Pharmacy, and to provide direction to other professional and non-professional staff within Pharmacy operations to ensure that patient requests are met and prescription orders are processed in an accurate and efficient manner to achieve exceptional customer service and to exceed company and customer expectations. As the Pharmacist Supervisor you will be responsible for directing daily workflow, interviewing/hiring, evaluating & reviewing performance, coaching & counseling, disciplinary action and daily supervision of the staff to ensure that all department and company policies and procedures are followed. This position oversees daily operations in fulfillment. Fulfillment center operates with a total of over 100 employees with each supervisor managing around 25 reports each. Hours of operation are 6:00am-11:30pm Monday through Thursday, Friday from 7:00am through 8:00pm, and Sunday 8:00am-1:30pm.
