Provide guidance and support to stakeholders throughout the investigation process. 6. Report and Document Findings: Prepare detailed investigation reports that clearly document the findings, analysis, and recommended actions. Qualifications: ● Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., law, ethics, CA, MSW etc) required; advanced degree preferred. ● Proven experience in conducting ethics investigations, preferably in a leadership role. ● Strong knowledge of ethical principles, regulations, and industry best practices. ● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to

Advanced Optimization & Insights ● Conduct deep-dive analysis on performance drivers across inventory, creatives, bids, audiences, and funnels. ● Apply advanced optimization frameworks to improve CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS. ● Translate learnings into repeatable playbooks and SOPs.
