What you'll do The Stripe Delivery Center (SDC) strategy will provide operational leverage and expand Stripe’s portfolio of operational capabilities to support the scaled needs of external users and internal Stripe teams. As a People Operations Associate in Mexico City, you’ll be part of the new Centralized Operations team within the Global People Operations organization. You’ll process People transactions, respond to inquiries, maintain accurate People data, and work with teams across Stripe to provide timely and reliable support to Stripes worldwide. Responsibilities Process People transactions accurately and on time across the worker lifecycle, including hiring, manager, cost center, team, and location changes. Respond to inquiries with clear, accurate, and timely information, escalating complex cases to the appropriate specialist. Maintain the accuracy and integrity of People data through careful data entry, audits, and issue resolution.
