About the role The App Runtime team is building a platform that lets every Snowflake user go from an idea to a live, deployed web application (Node.js first) in minutes. We own the end-to-end experience of building and running apps, from Cortex AI-assisted development to deployment in a secure, scalable infrastructure. As a Staff/Principal Engineer, you will shape the product and its architecture. It’s a high leverage role - you will lead a team to scale and harden an early-stage, public-preview product. Your decisions will have a long-lasting impact on the future of Snowflake as an app platform. The job holder needs to ensure that all type of compliance reports and related customized reports are delivered, with high quality, timely, so as to meet customers’ requirements. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Describe the major activities of the job, emphasizing the end results which must be achieved (suggest listing from the most important task) • To conduct research utilizing open source intelligence, news aggregator sites, and litigation databases to discover relevant compliance risk. • To establish effective screening for alert adjudication, and providing risk suggestion. • To upload information and data into database to deliver report • To cross check the data through multi channels to ensure report accuracy • To provide value-added service of report/project to meet customized needs • To support in other Reporting related services as and when required (e.g. database maintenance) • To responsible for business information and data gathering via phone interview with investigated companies according to compliance report fulfilment process and requirements Notes: * This is not an exhaustive list of all functions or responsibilities, the employee may be required to perform additional functions as necessary. * SDBC reserves the right to revise the job description according to the business requirements.

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Data Protection and Privacy Manager, who will be responsible for overseeing the organization's data protection strategy and ensuring compliance with Indian laws such as the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Personal Data Protection Bill. The DPPM will work closely with DPO and regulatory authorities to ensure that sensitive data is processed securely and ethically. This role is crucial in safeguarding our digital assets and maintaining compliance with industry standards and law. Key Responsibilities: 1. Legal Compliance: Ensure adherence to data protection laws, including local DPDPA, IT Act and international regulations like GDPR. 2. Policy Development: Formulate and implement data protection policies and guidelines across the organization. 3. Data Classification & Security: Well versed in managing the DSPM, DLP and PET technologies. 4. Data Breach Management: Investigate and report data breaches to relevant authorities within the stipulated timeframe. 5. Training & Awareness: Conduct training sessions for employees on data protection practices and raise awareness about privacy policies. 6. Impact Assessments: Perform Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA) to identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies. 7. Grievance Redressal: Act as the point of contact for data principals (individuals) for grievances related to data handling or privacy violations. 8. Recordkeeping: Maintain records of all data processing activities
