Who we are About Bridge We’re creating an entirely new payments platform, built with stablecoins, to simplify global money movement. Bridge enables faster, cheaper payments and borderless access to dollars via stablecoins. Through our APIs, businesses can send and receive funds across borders faster / cheaper vs. SWIFT and other fiat-only rails. Our virtual accounts enable international consumers and businesses to easily access, store and spend US dollars. Our payouts infrastructure enables platforms to disburse USD to anyone globally. We believe many trillions of dollars will move and settle through stablecoin payment rails. Bridge is pulling this future forward. We have a small team of people who have previously built financial infrastructure at some of the world’s leading companies (Coinbase, Stripe, Square, Brex, Upstart, DoorDash, Airbnb) and each and every one of them chose Bridge because they fundamentally believe that stablecoins will be a critical piece of financial infrastructure that allows for the improvement of global money movement. What you’ll do We are looking for a Product Analyst to join our Data team at Bridge. You'll own the data strategy for customer experience at Bridge, spanning two closely linked areas: Payments quality — transaction speed, uptime/reliability, error rates, and support ticket trends across our payment rails and products. Product experience — how customers interact with Bridge's dashboard, onboarding flows, and other surfaces, and where friction is costing us adoption or trust. This focus area may shift over time as the business evolves, and we're looking for someone who can adapt their scope accordingly — spinning up their knowledge of different product areas, creating new analyses and instrumentation as priorities emerge or change. This is a high-ownership seat: you'll be the primary data voice for your focal area, expected to identify what matters, build the pipelines and analysis to prove it, and drive dec

ABOUT BASETEN Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F , led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to to ship AI products. THE ROLE Baseten is building its own GPU infrastructure for large-scale inference. As we move into large scale, high-density NVIDIA systems, the hardest failures are intermittent, cross-layer, and difficult to prove: RoCE congestion, InfiniBand stalls, ECN/DCQCN mis-tuning, bad optics, RNIC issues, host kernel stalls, GPU driver problems, and workload symptoms that look like network problems, but are not. We are hiring a Lead Software Engineer to build a first-class observability and root-cause analysis system for GPU fabrics. This is a hard distributed systems problem, not a dashboarding problem. The system will collect high-volume signals from switches, hosts, active probes, and inference services; reduce and correlate them in real time; understand topology and service ownership; and produce actionable diagnosis while an incident is still unfolding. This role sits at the boundary between networking and inference software. RDMA data paths, GPUDirect transfers, prefill/decode disaggregation, KV cache movement, request routing, and workload backpressure can all create fabric symptoms or hide real fabric failures. The goal is to tell an operator, quickly and with evidence, whether an incident is caused by the fabric, host, NIC, GPU, RDMA path, scheduler, or serving layer — and what to do next. EXAMPLE INITIATIVES Real-time telemetry engine — Build the ingestion, reduction, storage, and query path for high-cardinality fab

What you’ll do Design and implement secure cloud pipelines that ingest very large scan datasets (multi-terabyte), reliably and resumably. Build orchestration for GPU-accelerated reconstruction and analysis with strong retry semantics, idempotency, and cost controls. Define end-to-end data lifecycle for medical imaging: raw vs intermediate vs derived artifacts, retention policies, and reproducibility. Implement security + compliance primitives appropriate for HIPAA/PHI: encryption in transit/at rest, key management, least privilege, audit logs, and access reviews. Build operational tooling: monitoring, alerting, runbooks, and incident-driven improvements for a growing device fleet. What we’re looking for Strong experience with cloud batch/queueing/orchestration, storage systems, and data pipeline reliability. Experience shipping production systems that handle large data volumes and failure-prone networks. Practical security mindset (least privilege, secrets, audit logging) and comfort operating in compliance-constrained environments. Useful experience Building reliable data pipelines at scale (queues/orchestration, resumable uploads, GPU batch execution) with strong observability. Security + privacy by default: encryption, least-privilege access, auditing, and practical HIPAA/PHI guardrails. Owning the “boring” backend details that keep a lean team moving: schemas/migrations, cost controls, retries, and runbooks. Understanding compute tradeoffs across hardware options, and specifying appropriate cloud resources.

Applications for the Fall 2026 cohort are now open. The Program In the 20th century, America pioneered mass production. We built the Arsenal of Democracy, won the war, and then left the Arsenal to rust. Silicon Valley, a product of the Heartland, turned its back on the American worker. It’s time to reawaken the giant. The same spirit of practical innovation that enabled America to dominate the previous century lives on in every American factory, workshop, and garage today. The proliferation of Artificial Intelligence poses risks, but also the opportunity for a technological and industrial renaissance. Palantir is launching the American Tech Fellowship to arm Americans with the skills to deploy cutting-edge software in the workforce. Fellows will have an opportunity to explore and build on Palantir’s Artificial Intelligence Platform (AIP) and earn a professional certification in its use. Exceptional performers will earn an opportunity to interview for a role at Palantir or partner companies, where they can use their newfound skills to contribute to the reindustrialization and revival of America. This fellowship is about more than careers—it's about restoring the promise that hard work and determination can still change your life in America. It's an investment in American excellence, evidence of our belief that America's greatest builders are still to be discovered. Ready to tackle global challenges that impact business, society, and the environment? Come join us. The opportunity: As Flexport scales its operations in Mexico, the GDL office has grown into both a regional operations hub and a critical talent base for our LATAM and cross-border functions — and it's still early. As Branch Manager, you won't just run the office as it exists today; you'll help build what it becomes. You'll own execution across ocean, air, trucking, and customs brokerage, while also serving as the office's overall local leader, shaping how the team grows, how work gets done, and how the site scales as headcount and volume increase. This is also a role for someone who wants to bring automation and AI-driven tooling into Mexican logistics operations, not just manage the status quo. Flexport is investing heavily in automating manual ops workflows across LATAM, and you'll be the person on the ground translating that into real operational leverage for the GDL team — reducing manual work, speeding up execution, and freeing the team to focus on the highest-value problems. You know the carriers, the airlines, the trucking companies, and the brokers, and you have the relationships to prove it. Beyond operations, you'll be the person who makes the GDL office
