We're a small, high-leverage team scaling toward a domain-ownership model: small groups that both build and operate the systems they're accountable for. The role We're hiring a dedicated SRE to take real ownership of operational excellence across Cloud Infrastructure. Today, too much critical operational knowledge — vendor relationships, cost management, and incident response — lives with one or two people. Your mission is to take genuine ownership of those domains, make them resilient to any single person, and raise the bar on how reliably we run. This is not simply a ticket-queue or keep-the-lights-on role. You'll own domains end to end: understand them deeply, operate them well, and build the automation and tooling that make them boring . We deliberately pair operational and engineering work so the role grows rather than narrows. What you'll own Incident management & operational excellence — take custody of the incident process: on-call quality, resp

Coder is looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Strategy team. In this role, you’ll own key planning workstreams across budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, helping leaders make better decisions as Coder scales. Support quarterly forecast cycles and annual budget planning by coordinating inputs from department heads and consolidating company-wide views. Contribute to board materials, investor deliverables, and executive reporting packages. Automate and improve recurring workflows. Push for better tools, scripts, and processes, not just cleaner spreadsheets. What we’re looking for Accounting fluency. Financial modeling depth. You can build clean, auditable, driver-based models from scratch in Excel or Google Sheets. Data fluency. You can pull, clean, and work with data from multiple systems, including ERP, BI tools, and CRM exports. Clear communication. You can turn variance analysis into insight, not just a table. You frame findings in terms of business impact, next steps, and audience needs. 1–3 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, i

About the Role & Team This is Amplitude's first People Team hire in India, and we're being deliberate about who we bring in first. People Operations is at an inflection point. A lot of what takes hours today—HR tickets, Workday updates, onboarding tasks—will be handled by AI-assisted workflows in the near future. We're building toward that now, and this role is part of that foundation. You'll join the global People Operations team as a dedicated shared services resource, handling the operational work that keeps our EMEA and AMER specialists focused on higher-complexity, in-market problems—and supporting People Business Partners globally when they need an extra set of hands. In the near term, the work is largely transactional: resolving HR helpdesk tickets, processing Workday data requests, coordinating onboarding logistics. That's not a knock on the role—it's the job, and doing it with speed, accuracy, and care matters enormously. Over time, as we invest in AI tooling and automation, that transactional load will shift. When it does, this role shifts with it: taking on process improvement projects, helping document and refine how the team operates, and growing into a contributor who shapes practices rather than just follows them. We'll support that progression. Because this is a remote role with no local People Ops team around you, we need someone who is genuinely self-directed. You'll be given clear priorities and good systems to work in, but you'll own your own day. If you thrive in structured work but feel motivated by the promise of doing more over time, this is a good fit. As a People Operations Analyst, you will: Own shared services and HR helpdesk Resolve Tier 1–2 employee inquiries through our HR ticketing system (Console AI) on behalf of EMEA and AMER regional teams: policy questions, employment verifications, leave requests, and benefits inquiries Triage issues that need specialist input—Benefits, Payroll, Legal, or regional People Ops—with clear contex
Amplitude is building the operating system for digital product innovation—and our Deal Desk team sits right at the centre of how we monetise that vision. This team partners deeply with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Revenue Accounting to structure smart, scalable deals that accelerate growth without introducing risk. As a Senior Deal Desk Manager, you’ll act as player/coach with a view to progress into a people manager role to lead our International Deal Desk team. You will act as the senior strategic advisor on our most complex international deals and operate with real autonomy — given clear guardrails, but trusted to make the call. You’ll help shape deal strategy, guide pricing and contract decisions, and bring clarity to ambiguity—all while keeping the business moving fast. As a Senior Deal Desk Manager, you will: Support Amplitude’s International Deal Desk team — supporting with hiring, coaching, and setting the bar for how the team partners with Sales, Finance, and Legal Own deal strategy for complex, high-risk international deals, advising Sales leadership on pricing, packaging, contract terms, and negotiation strategy — including setting precedent where policy doesn’t yet exist Review and approve complex non-standard transactions end-to-end, ensuring approvals align with revenue recognition, legal, and operational policy Act as the connective tissue across Sales, Legal, Finance, RevOps, and Accounting, resolving disagreements and driving alignment across time zones Scale the Quote to Order process — codifying best practices and driving adoption of AI tools and automation across the team You'll be a great addition to the team if: You’re genuinely comfortable operating in ambiguity as the senior decision-maker on the ground. You thrive in a fast-paced environment with high-stakes deals that require creative thinking and sound judgment. You build trust with Sales by being a valued partner—creative, collaborative, and solution-oriented—while still holding the line whe
