MeltPlan | Planning Engine for the Built Environment MeltPlan is building the “planning engine” for the $14 Tn construction industry, an AI system designed specifically to optimize decisions before construction begins. While design software optimizes use and aesthetics and construction software optimizes execution and control, MeltPlan is building the missing layer - software that optimizes decisions and tradeoffs upstream, before scope is locked, procurement begins, and change orders become inevitable. MeltPlan’s long-term goal is to help teams make construction “boring” by making planning more intense: surfacing constraints and tradeoffs early, aligning stakeholders before plans are frozen, and reducing the need for late-stage redlines, rework, and change orders. MeltPlan is founded by operators who have built at scale. Kanav previously co-founded Innovaccer, a $3Bn health-tech company focused on making US healthcare more affordable and accessible. He’s now applying that systems-level thinking to construction. He’s joined by Tanmaya Kala, former Project Executive at DPR Construction, who led large commercial, healthcare, and life sciences projects. We combine deep tech scale with real construction execution. What This Role Really Is We are hiring a UI Engineering Lead with minimum 10 years of work exp , to drive frontend architecture scalable UI systems, and user experience across internal and external applications. About the Team OpenAI’s mission is to ensure that general-purpose artificial intelligence benefits all of humanity. We believe that achieving our goal requires effective engagement with public policy stakeholders and the broader community impacted by AI. Accordingly, our Global Affairs team builds authentic, collaborative relationships with public officials and the broader AI policymaking community to inform and support our shared work in these domains. We ensure that insights from policymakers inform our work and – in collaboration with our colleagues and external stakeholders – seek to shape policy so that it aligns with and supports our mission. About the Role As AI agents move from answering questions to taking action across the internet, the standards that govern identity, delegated authority, discovery, communications, agentic-commerce and payment interfaces, agent-facing web access, agent-specific provenance, and auditability will determine whether agents can operate safely, interoperably, and with clear accountability. OpenAI is looking for an Agent Standards Manager to lead execution of our external technical standards strategy for a defined set of agent standards workstreams. This role will work closely with Agent Security, Applied and Platform teams, Product, Legal, GRC, Global Affairs, and GTM to turn OpenAI’s technical architecture and controls into credible specifications, protocol profiles, assurance criteria, and implementation guidance—and to bring emerging external requirements back into product and security roadmaps before they become blockers. The positions developed here are technical standards positions, not broad public-policy positions. This is a builder’s role as much as an external-facing role. You will execute a prioritized standards plan, author and negotiate protocols, build coalitions, secure the right internal approvals, and represent OpenAI in assigned technical forums. You will also help create repeatable processes that let the compa

About the Role The Energy Regulatory Lead will own energy regulatory strategy and execution for OpenAI’s infrastructure growth. This role will be the primary bridge between the Power Execution team and Public Policy and Government Affairs on energy regulatory matters, ensuring that OpenAI’s external engagement is grounded in project realities and that changing policy and regulatory conditions are translated into actionable infrastructure decisions. This is an individual contributor lead role and does not have direct reports initially. The role combines portfolio-level regulatory positioning with transactional regulatory work: evaluating jurisdictional pathways, supporting utility and energy transactions, coordinating approvals and filings, and helping project teams navigate tariffs, interconnection, load-service requirements, market rules, and regulatory risk from diligence through execution. In this role, you will: Develop and maintain OpenAI’s energy regulatory strategy across priority U.S. markets and, as needed, emerging geographies for infrastructure expansion. Coordinate closely with Public Policy and Government Affairs to shape energy regulatory priorities, engagement plans, messaging, and positions before utilities, public utility commissions, grid operators, state energy offices, and other relevant policymakers. Translate project requirements—load size, timing, reliability, cost, carbon, and expansion needs—into clear regulatory objectiv
