Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US. As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations. Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow. About the role Almost every company can now produce training video at scale. Almost none of them can tell you whether any of it made someone better at their job. We're building the product that closes that gap: an agentic, real-time experience where people practice live, dynamic scenarios, and where organisations finally get signal on genuine readiness instead of a simple metric tied to course completion. This is a 0-to-1 bet on what comes after content, which is practice, and proof. You'll own a domain within it from strategy to ship. Why now: Real-time, agentic AI has only just become good enough to hold a convincing live scenario. The window to define this category is open now, and we intend to own it. The problem you're solving Today, the most you can do to assess whether someone has genuinely learned something is watch them complete a module or pass a quiz. The behaviours that matter in real roles, in real moments, are rarely tested reliably. We have the underlying technology to change that. What we need is a PM who can turn that into a product that an enterprise will use to prepare their people, and that a end user actually wants to engage with. What you'll be doing Owning the multi-quarter strategy for a

Location: Europe remote or London hybrid The role: We're looking for a Principal Product Designer (L7) to lead design across Synthesia's most complex and high-impact product surfaces. This is a senior IC role - you won't be managing a team, but you'll be operating at the highest level of individual craft and strategic influence, shaping direction across product domains and setting the standard for what great design looks like at Synthesia. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, systems thinking, and exceptional craft. You'll define design direction for large, ambiguous problem spaces, anticipate risks before they become blockers, and reframe problems in ways that unlock better outcomes for customers, product teams, and the business. We're building a video platform for everyone - not a specialist tool - and we see a future where Synthesia sits alongside word processors, presentation software, and spreadsheets as a daily staple. Getting there requires design leadership that goes beyond execution: someone who helps the company make the right bets, raises the craft bar across the whole team, and builds the conditions for great design to thrive at scale. In this role you will: Lead large, complex, or

Role overview Synthesia is used by over 90% of the Fortune 100, and the largest deployments now run thousands of creators across dozens of markets, languages, and compliance regimes. What decides whether those accounts expand or stall is not another avatar, it is whether admins, legal, and programme owners can actually stay in control. You'll own that layer end to end: workspace setup and governance, the content lifecycle, and the analytics and integrations that close the loop. This is the work that turns a proof of concept into a seven-figure renewal, and right now it is wide open. Why this role now AI video has crossed from experiment to standard tooling inside the world's biggest companies. The next phase of growth is won or lost on whether we can make that scale safe and manageable. That is your remit. What you'll be doing Owning the end-to-end roadmap for content lifecycle, governance, and the operational layer that keeps enterprise deployments running - from workspace setup through compliance controls Getting close to enterprise customers: understanding how IT admins, legal teams, programme managers and content owners think about governance, and what "in control" actually looks like at scale Translating th

This area is central to redefining what a video platform can be: moving upstream from content creation into workforce development, and making complex AI capabilities feel natural, trustworthy, and effective for everyday users. You'll operate as a senior IC: setting direction, influencing roadmap decisions (not just contributing), shaping bets with Product and Engineering leaders, and raising the craft bar either across Skills or Dubbing & Localisation. In practice, this role is about solving AI-native design problems, for example: Designing real-time, conversational avatar experiences that feel engaging and natural - not robotic or gimmicky - for employees learning and practising skills at work. About the role Synthesia ships more product, faster, than we ever have. AI has collapsed the cost of building which means the hard part is no longer making things, it’s making sure people actually adopt them. That’s the job of Growth, and we’re changing how we do it: instead of bolting Growth on after launch to optimise, we’re embedding a Growth PM into every core bet from day one, so how a product acquires, activates and scales is designed in from the first cycle. We’re hiring a Growth Product Manager to report to our VP of Growth. You'll own the Growth surface for one of those bets while helping build a growth-led way of working across the company. What you’ll be doing Own Growth for a core product area end to end, acquisition, activation, adoption and retention, baked into the roadmap from the start, not retrofitted. Partner closely with the core product PMs and engineers who own the surface, bringing high-impact growth ideas and working out where they fit, and getting the primitives exposed that let you build and scale on top. Design growth into the product itself: discovery-led acquisition loops, and experiences that get users to their job-to-be-done in a couple of clicks (sometimes without opening the edit

About the role For years, avatars have been something you watch. You write a script, we render a video, someone presses play. That model has taken AI video a long way but it has a ceiling. A video can't answer a question. It can't read the room. It can't role-play a tough conversation and adapt when you push back. We're changing that. Interactive Avatars listen, talk, and respond in real time; inside your product, your website, or your internal tools. You bring the logic and the language model; we power the avatar layer: the speech, the expression, the listening, the sense that there's someone actually there. It's early. Interactive Avatars is in closed beta today, and the teams building on it are pushing it into places we didn't expect - AI sales reps, always-on support agents, interactive trainers, onboarding guides. We're hiring a Product Manager to own it and take it from beta to a platform that thousands of developers build on. This is a role with real scope. You'll help define what a real-time avatar API should be, the surface developers integrate against, the experience end users feel, and the commercial model that makes it a business. You'll work directly with the engineering and research teams building
