Work Flexibility: Onsite What You Will Do: This role is on the Electrical Engineering team at Stryker Medical division's Acute Care business unit. We primarily work with patient handling and patient care equipment within the hospital space such as stretchers, hospital beds, and support surfaces. This role falls under the team addressing the high-acuity market, with a focus on products that often come into direct contact with patients. It includes gaining a deep understanding of customer needs through research and partnership with upstream marketing and through direct interactions with customers. Job Overview: We are looking for a Senior GenAI Developer to design, build, and productionize agentic AI systems—LLM-powered agents that can plan, use tools, orchestrate workflows, and operate reliably under enterprise constraints. Productionize GenAI services: APIs, background jobs, streaming responses, caching, and cost/latency optimization.
