You'll work directly with our founders and with some of the best systems and infrastructure engineers in the world, and you'll set the standard for what product looks like here. You earn trust by being technical, finding the truth in front of customers, building great cross-functional relationships, and shipping great product experiences. THE ROLE The largest, most demanding Enterprises are starting to run on Baseten and they come with a range of security, compliance, and procurement requirements. Today that readiness is assembled deal-by-deal. You'll own the enterprise-readiness surface end to end and turn it into product: the deployment options customers can choose and buy, compliance posture they can trust, access and security controls their IT teams require, and the billing and spend controls their finance teams expect. PMs at Baseten don't sit above engineers - you earn ownership by being technical, finding the truth in front of customers, building great cross-functional relationships, and just shipping great product experiences. The role Once a model is deployed, keeping it fast, reliable, and economical at scale is where production inference is won or lost. You'll own the surface that makes that happen: how deployments autoscale, how traffic is routed, how the system fails over, and how workloads scale across clusters and regions. You'll own these as products end to end - both how they work under the hood and how customers configure and observe them - and you'll help set and define the roadmap that infrastructure and product teams alike can build towards. This space is largely still evolving - think Cloud Infrastructure in mid-2000s. Your job is to make it 10x easier to reliably scale and serve AI models in production and set the market standard. Synthesia is the worldβs leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US. As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations. Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow. About the role Almost every company can now produce training video at scale. Almost none of them can tell you whether any of it made someone better at their job. We're building the product that closes that gap: an agentic, real-time experience where people practice live, dynamic scenarios, and where organisations finally get signal on genuine readiness instead of a simple metric tied to course completion. This is a 0-to-1 bet on what comes after content, which is practice, and proof. You'll own a domain within it from strategy to ship. Why now: Real-time, agentic AI has only just become good enough to hold a convincing live scenario. The window to define this category is open now, and we intend to own it. The problem you're solving Today, the most you can do to assess whether someone has genuinely learned something is watch them complete a module or pass a quiz. The behaviours that matter in real roles, in real moments, are rarely tested reliably. We have the underlying technology to change that. What we need is a PM who can turn that into a product that an enterprise will use to prepare their people, and that a end user actually wants to engage with. What you'll be doing Owning the multi-quarter strategy for a

Location: Europe remote or London hybrid The role: We're looking for a Principal Product Designer (L7) to lead design across Synthesia's most complex and high-impact product surfaces. This is a senior IC role - you won't be managing a team, but you'll be operating at the highest level of individual craft and strategic influence, shaping direction across product domains and setting the standard for what great design looks like at Synthesia. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, systems thinking, and exceptional craft. You'll define design direction for large, ambiguous problem spaces, anticipate risks before they become blockers, and reframe problems in ways that unlock better outcomes for customers, product teams, and the business. We're building a video platform for everyone - not a specialist tool - and we see a future where Synthesia sits alongside word processors, presentation software, and spreadsheets as a daily staple. Getting there requires design leadership that goes beyond execution: someone who helps the company make the right bets, raises the craft bar across the whole team, and builds the conditions for great design to thrive at scale. In this role you will: Lead large, complex, or

Role overview Synthesia is used by over 90% of the Fortune 100, and the largest deployments now run thousands of creators across dozens of markets, languages, and compliance regimes. What decides whether those accounts expand or stall is not another avatar, it is whether admins, legal, and programme owners can actually stay in control. You'll own that layer end to end: workspace setup and governance, the content lifecycle, and the analytics and integrations that close the loop. This is the work that turns a proof of concept into a seven-figure renewal, and right now it is wide open. Why this role now AI video has crossed from experiment to standard tooling inside the world's biggest companies. The next phase of growth is won or lost on whether we can make that scale safe and manageable. That is your remit. What you'll be doing Owning the end-to-end roadmap for content lifecycle, governance, and the operational layer that keeps enterprise deployments running - from workspace setup through compliance controls Getting close to enterprise customers: understanding how IT admins, legal teams, programme managers and content owners think about governance, and what "in control" actually looks like at scale Translating th

This area is central to redefining what a video platform can be: moving upstream from content creation into workforce development, and making complex AI capabilities feel natural, trustworthy, and effective for everyday users. You'll operate as a senior IC: setting direction, influencing roadmap decisions (not just contributing), shaping bets with Product and Engineering leaders, and raising the craft bar either across Skills or Dubbing & Localisation.
