Senior Designer Description - ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a Senior Designer who leads by doing. This is an equal-parts strategic and hands-on role — someone who sets the creative bar for our in-house agency, earns credibility through exceptional work, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves when it matters. You champion design excellence, can defend your decisions with clarity and confidence, and help grow the people around you. This role sits within a balanced creative environment: you’ll have real influence over the work, while partnering closely with internal clients across marketing, sales, and product who hold final approval. Success here means earning trust through quality and communication, not just creative instinct. Day-to-day you’ll operate across mid-to-lower funnel channels — social, ecommerce, retail, sales enablement, and short-form video. You think like a creative director but know that craft lives in execution. Production is where the rubber meets the road, and you’re proud to be there. WHAT YOU’LL DO Produce exemplary design work across social, etail, retail, sales decks, and short-form video that raises the quality bar for the whole team Partner with internal clients across marketing, sales, and product — translating briefs into design that performs and building lasting working relationships Concept and execute with both visuals and words — thinking across design and messaging together, not in isolation Defend design decisions with strategic rationale, balancing business goals with creative integrity Contribute upstream — shaping briefs, influencing strategy, and catching creative problems before execution begins Maintain and evolve brand standards, ensuring visual consistency across all channels and touchpoints Build scalable systems — templates, as

Role Description As a Software Engineer on the Metadata team, you’ll build and operate the large-scale distributed databases that every Dropbox service depends on. Metadata systems are mission-critical, in the live path for all user operations and must meet stringent requirements for latency, durability, and transactional consistency. You’ll design and evolve the core infrastructure that manages Dropbox’s databases at scale, enabling fast, reliable access to data for millions of users and hundreds of internal services. This work spans distributed systems, replication, caching, and transactional database systems. You’ll collaborate closely with engineers across Infrastructure and Product teams to ensure the metadata layer meets business needs and continues to scale with Dropbox’s growth. This is an opportunity to leverage your expertise in distributed systems and grow into broader technical leadership. Our Engineering Career Framework is viewable by anyone outside the company and describes what’s expected for our engineers at each of our career levels. Check out our blog post on this topic and more here . Responsibilities Design and maintain distributed database systems providing low-latency, strongly consistent data access Implement and optimize replication, consensus, and caching mechanisms to meet availability and performance goals Operate production systems, including participating in the on-call rotation, ensuring high availability and data durability Collaborate with infrastructure and product teams to assess current and future use cases and requirements, supporting the development of a mid- to long-term roadmap that reflects these needs Contribute to system design reviews, postmortems, and reliability improvements Write high-quality, efficient code in Go and Rust for performance-critical systems On-call work may be necessary occasionally to help address bugs, outages, or other operational issues, with the goal of maintaining a stable

We are seeking an experienced Senior Generative AI Developer to help drive the design, development, and integration of state-of-the-art Generative AI and agentic AI solutions across our enterprise Controls Technology platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute deep technical expertise in context engineering, retrieval systems, knowledge graphs, and multi-agent orchestration, and play a key role in delivering scalable, grounded AI solutions to enhance automation and operational efficiency. This role centers on architecting robust applications and agent systems on top of pre-trained and hosted foundation models — not on training or fine-tuning models. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with AI architects, leads, and stakeholders to design and implement generative and agentic AI solutions that address business challenges. Architect advanced context engineering strategies — context layering, chaining, compression, pruning/offloading, and memory management — to maximize reliability, provenance, and token efficiency in production. Design and implement advanced generative AI methods, including sophisticated prompt engineering and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) . Build and optimize RAG systems , including hybrid search, multi-vector retrieval, and re-ranking pipelines. NVIDIA DGX Cloud is an AI Factory designed to power the next generation of AI and industrial-scale breakthroughs. As a Principal Engineer for Security Architecture, within our Security Engineering organization, you will own a core security domain of the AI factory: the architecture, the paved road that delivers it, and much of the code underneath. You will hold the security design bar across DGX Cloud from inside the teams doing the building, and this is a founding seat on a new team. Security Engineering is a new organization at DGX Cloud, accountable for the security outcome of the platform, and Security Architecture is the function inside it that holds the design bar. Security here is fleet horizontal and stack vertical, so your work will cross every DGX Cloud engineering organization: you will embed with the teams building GPU clusters, control planes, and services, join their designs as a participant rather than an approver, and leave behind systems in which an entire class of risk is no longer possible. There is no architecture review board here and no approval queue. You are a senior IC with deep security domain knowledge, and the security bar holds because you helped set it and then helped ship it. What You Will Be Doing: Own a Security Domain End to End: Take architectural ownership of a core domain of DGX Cloud security, from the design through the system running in production. That could be tenant and GPU workload isolation, workload identity, infrastructure and network, supply-chain provenance, hardened baselines and patching, or deploy-time policy and admission control. Embed with the Teams Building It: Join the design early, write the code, and help land it. The posture is not "you did this wrong." It is "here are the considerations we need to meet, I will help, let's go to work." Build Paved Roads, Not
