Our Mission You call. You wait. You call again. In every other part of your life, you book in seconds. In healthcare, you’re blocked. We’re here to give power to the patient. For nearly 20 years, we’ve built the leading healthcare marketplace - helping tens of millions of people find and book the care they need. Now, we’re going further: building our infrastructure beyond Zocdoc’s marketplace to power access to care wherever patients search, from provider websites and insurance directories to search engines, AI platforms, and more. Healthcare still lacks something every other major consumer industry takes for granted: a seamless way to go from seeking to getting . We don’t want to own the front door to care; there isn't one. We want to make sure all of those doors open when patients are knocking. Fixing healthcare starts with fixing access to it. And we're still just getting started. Your Impact on our Mission Zocdoc's most important asset is our people. As a Health Systems Enterprise Account Executive, you'll own and grow a portfolio of some of Zocdoc's largest and most strategic health system partnerships. Serving as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, you'll drive long-term growth through consultative selling, contract renewals, commercial negotiations, and expansion opportunities. You'll navigate complex enterprise buying processes, lead multi-threaded sales motions, and partner cross-functionally to deliver measurable value for both your customers and Zocdoc. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a high-priority book of business with significant growth potential. Working closely with Client Success, Product, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Leadership, you'll help shape customer strategy, strengthen partnerships, and accelerate adoption across some of the nation's leading health systems. If you're energized by executive-level selling, thrive in complex enterprise environments, and enjoy building relati

About the role We’re looking for a business-minded Data Scientist who pairs strong technical skills with sound judgment about which problems are worth solving. You’ll partner with product, marketing, finance, engineering, and trust & safety to turn ambiguous questions into rigorous analyses, models, and experiments — and then turn the results into decisions. The problems are real and the data is large: understanding what drives user acquisition, engagement, and retention; improving monetization across ads and subscriptions; measuring the impact of product changes; and helping keep our network safe from fraud and abuse. You’ll own work end to end, from framing the question to landing the recommendation with leadership. What you’ll do Frame the right questions. Work with stakeholders to understand business challenges, spot where data can make a difference, and translate open-ended questions into structured analyses with clear success criteria.
