Sr. Content Marketing Manager Location: San Francisco, CA · In-office 4 days/week Team: Strategic Marketing Reports to: Sr. Director, Strategic Marketing About the role Sigma produces a lot of content — blog, video, product launches, thought leadership — and this role is the editorial backbone that makes all of it sharper, faster, and on brand. You'll run the Sigma blog end-to-end, raise the quality bar on everything that ships, and build the systems and internal bench that let us scale content without losing voice or accuracy. This is a senior, hands-on editorial role for someone who edits with both technical judgment and taste. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with PMs and engineers to keep content accurate, coach employees and contractors to produce great work, and bring new thinking to how Sigma earns awareness. You'll join an established content team and won't have to do it all yourself — a Content Producer partners with you on publication and operations. This role reports to the Sr. Director of Strategic Marketing, with room to grow into people management as Sigma's content team scales. What you'll own Editorial standards and editing Edit a high volume of blog posts, balancing technical nuance with taste. You're comfortable editing in the data, analytics, apps, or AI space — you don't need to know everything, but you know what you don't know, flag it, and lean on PMs and engineers to keep content accurate and clear. Keep Sigma's content on brand across every channel and format. Reinforce the standards that contribute to great content: Clear positioning, high-quality imagery, and connected messages across multiple content pieces. Blog and AEO operations Run the Sigma blog end to end: calendar, editorial standards, and publication. Manage the AEO content calendar and the relationship with Sigma's AEO contractor, ensuring 5 AEO blogs are edited, SME-reviewed, and published each week. The team's Content Producer supports publication, with you s

As Sigma scales its global footprint, the Sales Engineering (SE) organization is the technical engine driving our GTM motion. We are looking for a Strategy and Operations Lead, SE to partner directly with our VP of SE and serve as the operational bedrock for this critical organization. Operating within our broader GTM Strategy & Operations team, you will own the global operating rhythm, operational infrastructure, and capacity planning for the entire SE organization. You will drive strategy across a highly matrixed, global environment. You are part strategist, part builder, and part operator - responsible for ensuring our pre-sales motion scales seamlessly. What You Will Do Drive Business Reporting & the SE Operating Rhythm: Own the cadence of the SE organization. Design and execute regular business reviews and leverage Sigma to build robust, real-time reporting that gives the VP of SE crystal-clear visibility into technical pipeline health, team utilization, and conversion metrics. Optimize Funnel Mechanics & Deal Acceleration: Deep dive into the pre-sales funnel to identify where deals stall during technical validation. Partner with SE leadership to optimize the Proof of Concept (POC) lifecycle, remove friction, and accelerate the technical win. Lead Global Headcount & Capacity Planning: Serve as the SE representative in cross-functional GTM planning cycles. Own end-to-end global SE capacity requirements, design territory allocation frameworks, and manage annual headcount planning seamlessly across AMER, EMEA, and APAC. Sigma is transforming how businesses allow customers to build apps, agents and dashboards on top of governed enterprise data. Hence, we are growing the design team and looking for designers who are excited to solve challenging problems, deliver impactful capabilities throughout our stack to build world-class technology. You will be part of a talented team of designers with a shared mission to make data easily accessible for all users. We're looking for a Senior Product Designer / Design Engineer who sits at the intersection of interaction design and AI engineering: someone who uses AI to ship faster, builds the skills and evals that make AI more effective, and invents new interaction paradigms for how people work alongside intelligent systems. This isn't a traditional design role. Yes you'll be using Figma, but also writing code with AI, training it, evaluating it, and questioning every assumption about what a "UI" can be when the interface itself reasons. Please note this is a 4 day on-site role in our San Francisco office. What You'll Do Start with AI, stay with AI. Use LLMs to clarify scope, draft specs, surface edge cases, and align your team before committing to a direction, use AI coding tools to build and iterate on the solution itself, and merge code to prod when fits. Prototype in code. Build working interfaces with Cursor and Claude Code, guiding structure, behavior, interaction, motion and UX quality while AI handles implementation. Partner directly with engineering to decide what moves into the product and what stays as a validated spike. Bring it to production. Fix small interaction and refinement issues directly on prod code. Design new AI interaction paradigms for conversational interfaces. Invent and validate novel patterns for how users converse with, direct, and trust AI systems - especially in data contexts where precision and confidence matter. Write evals, skills, and help on tools. Build the scaffolding that makes AI reliabl

Solution Architect Sigma Computing The SA role has evolved. Here’s the version we’re hiring for. The SA job in 2026 is not the SA job in 2023. Three things now sit at the center of how we evaluate this role. This hire has to do all three at a senior level, with the architectural depth to back it up. 1. Use AI every day to do the job better. If you are not using Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or equivalents to accelerate your account prep, architecture diagramming, prototype builds, RFP responses, and discovery synthesis, you are getting outworked by SAs who are. We expect this hire to treat AI tooling as default infrastructure, not novelty. Come with a point of view on what you run, why, and how you use it to compress weeks of work into days. 2. Sell AI into the account. Buyers want to talk about agents, MCP, A2A, context engineering, and which model is powering what. You have to be fluent. You know Sigma’s AI surface cold: Sigma Assistant in build, analyze, and plan modes, AI functions, input tables with LLM enrichment, MCP integration, and warehouse-native agent patterns. You can architect Sigma agents and warehouse agents into a customer’s stack and explain the tradeoffs to a head of data and a CISO in the same call. You also speak credibly about Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, and the broader stack the customer already runs. 3. Sell against AI. Every enterprise deal has AI competition in it. Sometimes it is Databricks Genie. Sometimes it is Snowflake Cortex Analyst. Sometimes it is a systems integrator pitching a bespoke agent built over the weekend. You know where each of these breaks at scale, where Sigma’s warehouse-native architecture wins on governance, freshness, and cost, and how to draw the line for a skeptical CDO without hand-waving. You can defend that position in an architecture review, on a security questionnaire, and across three follow-up calls. About Sigma Sigma is the AI runtime environment for the modern enterprise. Teams build apps, agents, an

Forward was founded in 2013 by four Stanford Ph.D.s, building the industry's first network digital twin: a mathematically accurate model of the production network. It's the foundation for autonomous networking, giving engineers and AI agents the ability to know the impact of every change before it touches production. That founding instinct still defines how we work. We're accurate and evidence-driven, relentless about clarity, and we'd rather be certain than comfortable, building a groundbreaking platform that transforms how teams run and secure networks across every major cloud and vendor environment. Global leaders like Goldman Sachs, PayPal, S&P Global, IBM, and Dell trust Forward, alongside fast-growing enterprises and government agencies, realizing an average of $14.2 million in annual benefits, according to IDC.
