The Regulatory Risk Officer is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. Responsible for driving customer remediation analytics to completion including execution and validation. This position will be part of the USCC Centralized Customer Remediation Team (CCRT). These activities will be conducted in close partnership with the Issue Owners and Managers within U.S. Consumer Cards.
