We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F , led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to to ship AI products. THE ROLE We’re looking for a Head of Environment to build the physical expression of Baseten as we grow from roughly 300 employees today to more than 2,000 over the next couple of years. You’ll own the environments, spaces, and experiences that define what it feels like to work at Baseten. This is equal parts operations, hospitality, design, and strategy. You’ll partner closely with our founders and leadership team to create an environment that scales with the company while remaining unmistakably Baseten. You’ll inherit a strong Workplace Experience team and continue to evolve the function into one of the defining strengths of the company. We’re looking for someone who has built and scaled world-class workplace functions before; someone who has seen what’s ahead and can help us get there faster. RESPONSIBILITIES Own Baseten’s global workplace and real estate strategy, developing the long-term roadmap for how our physical footprint evolves as we scale from hundreds to thousands of employees. Lead real estate planning, site selection, expansions, and significant capital investments across our headquarters, growing network of smaller offices, and future international locations. Build and operate exceptional workplaces. Own end-to-end workplace operations, office buildouts, relocations, and launches, ensuring every office runs smoothly with an uncompromising bar for quality, hospitality, and attention to detail. Team Frontend within Supabase owns tooling for the marketing/docs website and the core product called “Studio” Its used by millions of developers around the world building insanely cool applications. We live and die by user feedback and relentlessly address issues every day to make the product better! What You’ll Own Ship products 0→1 and then earn the next version from users. You’ll take features from a blank editor to real users in production, then use what you learn (support threads, usage data, direct conversations) to decide what to build next. We want someone who has done this before: launched something, watched real people use it, and improved it on the strength of that feedback rather than a spec handed down from above. Own the quality pipeline, not just the feature. In a world where an agent writes a large share of the code, fast, the CI is what keeps that speed safe. You’ll build and tighten the layered checks that let us move quickly without breaking things: type safety at the boundaries, lint and format, unit and component tests, contract tests against our APIs, accessibility, visual regression, and bundle-size budgets, so a red check tells you (or the agent) exactly what to fix before anything reaches users. Make sure a bug caught once is caught forever. When something slips through, you don’t just patch it. You add the check that would have caught it, at the cheapest stage that can, so the same regression can’t happen twice. Work end-to-end and in the open. Frontend UI, the API contracts it depends on, preview deploys, observability. You’ll operate autonomously across the stack and do it publicly, in a codebase thousands of developers read and contribute to. What You’ll Bring A track record of taking a product from 0→1. You’ve launched something real, put it in front of users, and iterated based on how they actually used it, ideally something you can point us to. Deep frontend fundamentals with strong React. TypeScript and React, plus a real understand

Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building. Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future. About the Role Shipping great software is only half the battle. Getting it to the right customers, at the right time, in the right way, is where the real complexity lives. We're looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to own the end of the EPD pipeline: the moment a feature is built to the moment it's successfully in customers' hands. This person will define what "good" looks like for product launches at Sentry, building the frameworks, playbooks, and operating rhythms that make every release more intentional, more coordinated, and more confident than the last. The foundation is there. Features ship. But the connective tissue between Engineering, Product, Legal, Marketing, go-to-market (GTM), and Sales needs someone who can see the whole system, diagnose what's broken, and build something durable. That's this role. If you're energized by ambiguity, love designing operating models, and want real ownership over a function that touches every team in the company, this is a rare opportunity to define the craft at a company that takes software quality seriously. What You'll Do Define the Launch Standard: Establish what a great product launch looks like at Sentry: the gates, the playbooks, the decision rights, and the rituals. You're not inheriting a fixed process; you're authoring it. Own Feature Flag & Cohort Strategy: Bring intentionality to how Sentry uses early access programs, beta cohorts, and staged rollouts. Make sure the right customers get the right features at the right time, and that we're learning from every rollout. Orchestrate Cross-Functional Readiness: Be the central coordinator who ensures Engineering,
About Sentry Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building. Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future. About the Role This isn’t a typical engineering role. You won’t be embedded in a single product team or siloed in one product area. Instead, you’ll sit within Platform Engineering, own the AI-assisted coding domain, and work across all of engineering at Sentry, focused specifically on how AI coding agents participate in our software development lifecycle. For AI coding agents to work well in our repo, the internal systems they depend on need to be accessible via API, not locked behind UIs that require human interaction. Right now, many of those systems aren’t agent-ready. You’ll audit and prioritize that gap, expose those systems programmatically, and build the connections that let tools like Claude Code operate on them end-to-end. From there, the scope expands to improving the quality of AI-generated pull requests and automating the engineering work that’s important but consistently deprioritized. You will look from context engineering standpoint to see what to send to our model; you will look from harness engineering standpoint to see the tools it can use, the permissions it has, the state it carries forward, the tests it has to pass, the logs you capture, the retries, checkpoints, guardrails, and evals. You’ll work closely with the dev infrastructure team as your home base, then collaborate across every product team coding in our repo once the tooling foundation is in place. It’s a broad role with real impact, and the work you do will directly change how Sentry engineers ship software. What You’ll Do Audit Sentry’s internal developer systems and make them API-ready for AI agents. You’ll prioritize and drive the work of ex
