About the Role We're looking for a Developer Relations Engineer to join our team and help more developers discover, learn, and build with Supabase. About the Team Mixpanel's Renewals Manager team partners with our most strategic customers to help them turn product data into decisions that drive growth. The Renewals function sits at the heart of our revenue engine—ensuring customers continuously realize value from Mixpanel and that we retain and grow our recurring revenue base. About the Role The right candidate brings commercial acumen and customer empathy in equal measure. You'll own the full renewal cycle for an assigned book of business—from early risk identification through contract close—partnering closely with Customer Value Managers, Sales, and Finance to protect and expand Mixpanel's recurring revenue. You'll be the primary driver of on-time, on-value renewals in your territory. Responsibilities Own the end-to-end renewal process for an assigned territory, managing quote-to-close with accuracy and urgency. Negotiate contract renewals using sound commercial judgment, building strategies that protect customer relationships while maximizing contract value. Maintain a rolling 90–120-day forecast; analyze renewal data regularly to identify trends, surface risk, and prioritize intervention. Engage decision-makers early to understand budget cycles, stakeholder maps, approval processes, and potential blockers. Identify risk signals proactively and partner with Customer Success, Deal Desk, Legal, Finance, and Sales to navigate complex situations and protect retention. About the Team Our Select Accounts team owns Mixpanel's most strategic accounts. We're a small group of experienced enterprise sellers who run the full motion: protect the base, expand within it, and open net new logos from a defined target list. We don't split farmers and hunters here — everyone does both, and everyone is measured the same way: deep account relationships, disciplined pipeline, and quarter-over-quarter growth in their book. About the Role You'll own a book of named enterprise accounts — existing Mixpanel customers — alongside a focused list of net new target logos, running renewal, expansion, and new logo motions in parallel. This role leads complex, multi-stakeholder deals independently and is trusted to make judgment calls on pursuit strategy, deal structure, and prioritization across a full territory. You'll anticipate risk before it surfaces, bring a clear point of view to your account plans, and partner closely with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Product to move deals forward. In your first 90 days, you'll build a territory plan covering your full account list, map the key relationships and growth opportunities in each account, and present your go-forward strategy to leadership. About the Team The Customer Value Architects team sits inside the revenue organization and owns the connection between what customers buy and what they actually get out of Mixpanel. We turn product usage into measurable business outcomes, working across onboarding, adoption, and renewal to make sure customers see the value they signed up for. About the Role The right candidate is a relationship-first advisor who connects a customer's Mixpanel investment to real outcomes for a portion of a defined book of accounts. You'll help own the adoption and value plan for each account: understanding why the customer bought Mixpanel, tracking whether they're getting the ROI they expected, and supporting the enablement and product usage that gets them there. You'll build trusted relationships with business and technical stakeholders, partner closely with your Account Executive and renewal counterparts, and start developing a point of view on how customers should think about AI in their product workflows. This role suits someone who is building the skills to own accounts end to end and is ready to grow into greater independence, with support from your manager and senior teammates.
